DO NOT DEAL WITH...please read below!!

It's been 3 months and I still have no add for my business after paying in full ($4k+) and being told everything was in place. Then I find out the screen hasn't even been installed and they have no ETA on the screen. No communication. I then sent an email asking for cancellation and a refund and was refused because "the contract doesn't have a specified date". Highly do not recommend with this sort of mentality. I will be going to Hyatt tomorrow to discuss my experience with the GM and hopefully will be able to shed some light on the company they are getting involved with.

SCAM RUN…

If you got called from them or you came across their page online… RUN the worse in the industry, 0 return from their advertisement. 2 years paying 97£ a month all gone to waste.

This company are 100% the worst I have…

This company are 100% the worst I have ever had the displeasure to work with.I have read many a bad review which is why they always change their company name.
I have tried to cancel but terms and conditions are always in their favour even now they cannot display my advert where I pay for and they are showing it in southend which is 2 hours away over the dartford tunnel.Dreadful please for yourself find another company one that will do what they are paid to do or release you from a contract.

Just a reply to the below Vistavue response,We have both been very responsive to each other everytime we have contacted, so please do not state that i have not answered you, as i have still all the emails between us my problem is and always has been the way you conduct business.What good is an advert 2 hours away in a health centre that I cannot check that it is even on display,The need to do so is obvious as the one I have been paying for has not been.That is your term and conditions not mine so you have a back door to continue to take payments regardless

Don't sign with this awful company.

If you signed a contract with these people, get a solicitor to look it over, the terms and conditions are watery at best. It will take time but you can get your money back. There is also a facebook group for victims of this company (under their previous trading name of Direct Digital).

I am a small business and I had a meeting with a rep who conveniently no longer works with the company. We agreed a one year contract and yet after I made payment he told me he had actually signed me up for 2 years. This means the contract was null and void due to his breach but they refused to give me my money back. It took 4 months and a solicitor to get me my refund and plenty of others have gone to court to reclaim all costs.

They have since changed their name again, and after some research it seems they are notorious for this.

If you do go to court, take all of your evidence and gather evidence from others in the facebook group to prove that this company is acting maliciously. I wish I'd known about the group beforehand as I would have taken this much higher.

We’re glad your issue was ultimately resolved 8 months ago, though it’s worth noting that the resolution came after we decided it was best for both sides if we no longer continued working together. Not every client is the right fit, and that’s okay.

A few clarifications for anyone reading: our contracts don’t magically sprout extra years; any business is within its rights to rebrand; and our staff don’t disappear into the abyss—sometimes people simply change jobs. The story is far less thrilling than the version being circulated online.

As for Facebook groups, conspiracy theories, and tales of malicious intent — we’ll leave those to the internet. Anyone who wants accurate information about how we operate is welcome to speak to us directly.
