It was so easy and good communication

I'm simply happy.

Cost should be up front. Other wise was a simple process.

What a SCAM, $90. for a $3. piece of paper. Though I was going right to Court House. Will pass it on that all you have to do is send e-mail to your Court House and you will see where to send for your information, really should of check. Needed a Certified Marriage License for new Driver License.

I attempted to go through the state and instead I am BILLED FOR 80.00 MORE. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. i totally dispprove of your thieving company.

The only suggestion I have is that you indicate wether tio input the wife's maiden name or the to be married name,

Otherwise it was great.

I hate only being able to communicate through email. Sometimes I really need to take to a real person on the phone. I have questions. Sorry, my generation talks to people.

The web site wasn’t easy to use . Too much unimportant information was needed to get my records, it was also very expensive. I still have not received my records either. California needed to use a different site.

I received my needed items in a timely manner, very satisfied with this company, will recommend.

I ordered a certified copy of my birth certificate and I got it within a few days. I ordered a copy of my marriage certificate a few weeks ago and I am still waiting for it. I would think it could be processed sooner. I need it for my drivers license

I needed a death certificate of my husband's for legal purposes . A search brought up the site that served me correctly within a few weeks. There were no problems.

Vital records received all personal information and payment for birth certificate on May 9, 2019. After many phone inquires as to the status they told me the request and payment could not be located. On May 24, 2019 they said they had located the paperwork and payment and the request was being processed. I continued to inquire as to the status for the next 3 months and was told it was being processed. Now, 3 months later, Vital Records tells me they can't find the paperwork and to call someone else. Renewal of my driver license was dependent on presentation of a birth certificate and all DMV extensions have been exhausted.
Either Vital Records is running a scam or they are inept.

Scam! Could have contacted state of Michigan records and only paid $35.00.

Fast service, communicate very well on what they need

I still have yet to receive the birth certificate I paid for 3/2019.....will be more careful next time throwing my money away. Thanks for nothing.

They took my money $95.00 and never sent my marriage certificate. I ordered it June 24th 2019.
And it is August 17th.

I never received my birth certificate that I sent for and paid for. I hope I can still get it. I really do need it.
