Vitamart Customer Care doesn't work

In Oct 2022 (yes, 2022) i used the coupon code for 10% but it didn't work. When I contacted Customer Care, they offered 10% refund on my credit card. This didn't happen. From Nov 2022 to May 2023, the Vitamart Customer Care Team didn't resolve this issue. In May 2023 they gave me a new coupon code which I tried to use on Feb 11, 2024, but the code didn't work. How hard is it to have Customer Care do the right thing?

Update on Feb 24, 2024 VItamart has resolved this issue. Thank you.

I recently ordered a product with 1-day…

I recently ordered a product with 1-day shipping on January 30th, and unfortunately, it has not arrived as expected. I am disappointed with the delay, and I understand that issues can arise. However, I was hoping for better communication regarding the status of my order. I would appreciate more timely updates and improved shipping services in the future. Instead of 1 day shipping, it took 3 days to arrive and no refund for the shipping costs.

Outstanding Customer Service and a Special Thanks to Jacob!

I have been a loyal customer of Vitamart for several years now, and I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience with their customer service, specifically with Jacob😀👍, the Customer Experience Specialist.

From day one, I've been consistently impressed by the level of service I've received from Vitamart. However, Jacob has taken my customer experience to a whole new level. He is not just nice; he's exceptional in his role. Jacob always takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and help me resolve any issues, no matter how minor they may be. His patience and willingness to assist go a long way in making customers like me feel valued.

For example, today I was in a hurry to place my order. I was in a rush, so I forgot to apply the coupon code. Afterwards, I realized my mistake and reached out to Jacob to ask whether it's too late to apply the code, and he was so gracious and kind in his reply. He sent a nice email to let me know that he can help me apply the code and confirmed this with another confirmation email. I felt so comforted by our interaction. It's heartwarming and lovely to feel like my concerns matter and that my questions will be taken care of.

Another example: I had trouble logging into the website due to some kind of computer glitch, and Jacob personally followed up with me several times to make sure that I was OK, until I finally succeeded. His patience and caring is just amazing!

What sets Jacob apart is his ability to address even the most "dumb" questions with professionalism and a smile. He never makes me feel like any question is too insignificant or bothersome. Instead, he patiently provides thorough and easy-to-understand explanations, which has been incredibly helpful to me.

Thanks to Vitamart's outstanding customer service, especially Jacob's dedication, I have experienced shopping with ease, peace of mind, and confidence. I'm grateful to have found such a reliable online store.

In conclusion, I can't emphasize enough how satisfied I am with Vitamart and their exceptional customer service, with Jacob as a standout representative. I will continue to be a loyal customer, and I wholeheartedly recommend Vitamart to others. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Do not order with Vitamart.ca.

Never order with Vitamart.ca if you don't want to get upset. and the same disappointment extinguishes me!!
**** I've placed my order since >>> • Order Placed: April 23, 2023 • Priority - Est. Delivery Apr 25, 2023 <<< Total: $434.35 And my package was delivered to another location, confirmation from Canada Post, and also advised me to contact the store for reshipment. But the store didn't respond back. and still refuses to take responsibility for the problems that arise (After sales service from Vitamart.ca, it's a scam. The store won't open a dispute with Canada post and won't give me a refund. Until the 5th of September, the store still had no response. I lost $434.35 to a scam shop. and deliberately defrauding does not accept responsibility for problems that arise It is with regret that I choose to place an order with Vitamart.ca and I highly recommend not ordering with Vitamart.ca If you don't want to have a bad experience like me.

Very good price

Very good price. Vit D3 250iu in gelly pills is very difficult to find, and it's always around 25-30$. Here it's not even 10! Great deal!

Ordered still waiting at 8pm been out…

Ordered still waiting at 8pm been out for delivery since 11 am now 8pm they are using some unknown delivery service.
A windows of 10 hours for delivery is unacceptable something makes me suspicious and that’s not a good feeling!
Update received my order at 9pm driver had car problems .

Vitamart used to be easy to do business…

Vitamart used to be easy to do business with, and I was happy to place orders with them. However, the last few times there were glitches with my orders, they refused to respond, either by e-mail or phone. The last time, when it was discovered that my order had been shipped but never delivered, a second delivery was sent out, except that the items in the package were not what I ordered. When I notified Vitamart of this, I was ignored. I haven't dealt with them since.

Vitamart.ca: Best place for Vitamins & Supplements!!

This is the second time purchasing from Vitamart, first time was in January of this year. Their customer service is second to none and I am very pleased with the products they carry. They respond promptly by email if they are unable to answer the phone; if a situation arises that staff has no control of when placing an order it is quickly remedied on contacting them. (I am a bit grumpy at times with little patience). Wish I had found them sooner but better late than never. Great products and delivery is a breeze! Highly recommend Vitamart for vitamins & supplements. Wishing everyone at Vitamart Merry Christmas and may Vitamart continue to have a prosperous 2023 that outshine the other companies!!!

They used to be so good. Quick shipping. They moved shop to Ontario and its been lacking since. Been a customer for years. IHerb is quicker to deliver than Vitamart!

the worst costumer service ever!

11 days after my expensive order was made I still did not receive it. My attempts to get a response from vitamart.ca failed - no one answers the phone and once you leave a message no one gets back to you. When you send an email it takes them days to respond, and they don't provide answers! They never sent me the correct tracking number, and the one they did send is invalid. Such a bad experience, such horrible service!! shame on you vitamart!

Vitamart did not respond back. When a customer reports a problem with a package that has not been received

Hi there,

I became very tired and lost with the delay in responding back,

I am very disappointed with the delay in the after-sales service. When customers report problems with not receiving parcels The store took more than a day to respond. (I am very disappointed that not all items were received as expected. This problem is wasting my time.
For awaiting your package and when CanadaPost delivers the package to a location other than my home. Please note that I paid all the money to the store. but did not receive the parcel from you This delay left me very disappointed and upset.

I would like to report on a package that I have not received. (But the status says delivered on date 11 ,May 2022, I waited all day but no parcels came to my house)

But the store is silent about this problem. and did not respond back I'm so disappointed

Delivery status But I'm at home all the time waiting for it. But I haven't seen any parcels from CanadaPost come to my home. 

I NOT HAPPY NOW. AND I NEED TO REQUEST FULL REFUND ALL BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT....

The status of the parcel says delivered at the doorstep. (But I'm at home all the time. CanadaPost parcels never come to my house.) And there's a surveillance camera on my doorstep. So I can assure you that CanadaPost may deliver parcels to locations other than my home.

I'm very worried when I paid you. I just hope to get the full list soon. But this problem happened. I'm really very disappointed. that did not receive all the items as expected
