I had a question about a product that I wanted answered before I order.

Over a span of three weeks, I've called them five times during business hours but merely got their voicemail system. I left messages with my phone number three times. I haven't received any call-backs, and it's been three weeks since the first message I left.

I also used their web-page for submitting a Customer Service request three times over the same time span. Again, no response; not even an acknowledgement via email about the fact that I entered a customer service request. (Regardless what was said in the BS reply that their "Sara" person [or bot] left to another person's review, there is no reply from them that has gone to my 'junk' folder.)

With this obscene lack of response, there is no way that I'm going to trust them with an order or my payment information.

Either they have completely inadequate process management or inadequate system design or inadequate interest in quality control / customer service or all the above.

Great Prices and shipping is incredibly fast. With zero wait for needed supplements there is no point in driving to town for overprices items. 100% recommended!

I have ordered multiple times. They are fast, efficient and on time. Excellent company!

I have always had great service, even when my parcel went missing last year.

Ever since my first purchase, this business has been my go-to for literally anything health. The shipping is crazzzyyyyy fast, I even get surprised when my order arrives in like 2 days from purchase date, which means processing takes no time at all. I definitely recommend!!!

Hello ‘Sara’ I’m replying to the outright falsehoods you stated in response to my review. Nothing is in my spam filter and how you’d know that is beyond me. Nobody from your company has contacted me including your phantom ‘Jacob’ on either of the phone numbers I’ve left so that is also untrue. I’m guessing it’s easier to write these ridiculous responses that may fool other readers than to actually deal with your customers’ issues. It’s startling to know this is how service is now being done but now I know these answers to complaints are spam as well and can dismiss them from here on out. This is a sad state of doing business on line and I’ll try to do less of it. A couple people I’ve told about this have told me they’ve deleted your emails and blocked you. So there’s some satisfaction in that

Ordered few times protein from them. They had good prices on it and my order was delivered in few days. I was sitisfied with my order as I knew what I ordered, and it was easy to order from vitamart.ca. More over price was one of the best on the market.

I order 2 items, received 1 of the items with in a couple days and have not yet received the other item, tried emailing several times and not one person has replied, have called a couple times and you just get a answering machine and nobody has called me back.
I order through several online companies and this is the worst by far. Will never use them again after I get my money back or the product.

They wrote that my shipment was returned and could not be shipped as addressed. My address is correct. If they were having difficulty, why didn’t they contact me?
I’ll never use them again!

Spoke with CS at 8:08 am. They were unable to explain why the shipment was returned but are re-shipping my order. I will update if I get everything I ordered and give them the benefit of the doubt. If it’s better, I’ll upgrade the stars, my initial review will stand for now.

I placed an order on Dec 13/20. I received half the order. I checked on their website and it says my order is completed. I have sent more than 5 emails inquiring as to the rest of my order. I have left 2 voice messages. So far not a single reply. Nothing! I am very disheartened as I have been a loyal customer (spending a good chunk of cash with them annually). If my products are not coming then I should get a refund but I can't seem to get anyone's attention at Vitamart to assist me. Frustrating? You bet.......They may have just lost a very good customer!

I've been ordering from Vitamart since March and have been very pleased with their selection, service and pricing. I was also super impressed the speed of delivery. One request - think it would be good to carry some homeopathics.

Edit: I finally was able to receive my package.

I received an order that was supposed to be mine, since the name on the box was mine, but after opened it, the order was for someone else. I did contact customer service and was able to return the package. I then received few days after a package with only 1 of my product inside, out of the 6 ordered. Customer service is impossible to reach, I sent emails and I'm about to file a complaint with BBB. Usually I don't have all these issues.

I've been a repeat customer of Vitamart for 2 years and am always impressed with the wide selection of products, speedy service, and competitive pricing. It's my go-to spot for anything health-related. Highly recommend.

In September 2020, I searched Walmart.ca and Amazon.ca for a name brand multi-vitamin at a lower price. They were sold out. However, Vitamart did have the vitamins at a very competitive price compared to Walmart.ca and Amazon.ca. So I ordered from Vitamart. Because I could not make an order up to $49 to be eligible for free shipping, I ordered some other vitamins, so I am very well stocked at the moment. I found these "specialty" vitamins to be less expensive than the most popular health food store in Toronto. Also, I expected the package to be delivered a week from now, but I received the package within 3 business days. Amazing. Wish I was ordering from Vitamart 5 years ago. From my initial experience, they appear to know what their customers specifically want, what their inventory levels are, and what their competitors are charging.

This company has customer service down to an art form! The only way they could be more personable & attentive is if I were in the store with them!
The turnaround is so fast, & they are so quick to respond to any inquiry!

This was my first order, they gave me the wrong item. When I reached to customer rep, it took a little while to get in touch to them but they were able to resolve the issue and send me the right one immediately. It arrived after 2 days

This was my first order with Vitamart. I ordered on May 18/20 and it arrived today May 22/20! Fast service, good prices,correct items. Perfect!
