I haven't had any issues with Vitamart and find their products are usually cheaper than elsewhere. Shipping is super fast too, usually a couple days. I have been shopping with them for years now and find just about everything I am looking for supplements-wise.

I have been ordering from vitamart for a few years now but noticed in the last year or so that they now only do sales on specific items and not the full line of discounts on a specific Namebrand , I recently checked out Healthy Planet and found discounts more favourable so have placed an order , they doubled my order for free with a different flavour to try of same product plus free shipping , I hope Vitamart reassesses their new strategy, I had no issue with them till now.

The Customer service is terrible!
At first, they shipped the wrong product and replied that I can keep the product and they will send the proper one. I've been waiting for a month to get the package, keep sending follow up emails on which nobody replied and decided to return the item. They've send me the return label, I shipped the item and now I am getting the final notice from Canada Post that the item has not been picked up yet. When I checked the return policy, it says that the money will be returned as soon as they receive the item. But the item is sitting in the post office. I called customer service and only what you can do is to leave a voice message, not to speak with a person. I will never buy anything from this company!

I put my old post code on my order I started calling at 8am and ever Half hour NEVER got Answer. I email them about the problem NEVER heard back from them!!🤬
Just got email order has been shipped out. So unprofessional. What's the point for a Customer service line if there NEVER answer??????????

I ordered a couple supplements almost a month ago, that has to be returned to sender for an unknown reason, and have yet to receive a response from anyone (I sent 3 emails). I will be sure to order from pretty much anywhere else

Great prices and fast shipping. The problem is that I order probiotics that are suppose to be refrigerated, but they don’t ship them with any cold packs.

I ordered Maximum Omega 2000 2000 mg on-sale price. I just received a package today and they sent me 1250 mg only.

I received my order promptly; however, the expiry date of one item is not as shown on the site. It shows April 2024 on their site but the product received will expired on Jul 2022. I sent email and left multiple msgs but no one follows up. I would rather buy it from another company as this is considered fake advertisement. I wouldn't have pick the product if i knew the expiry date.

Make a couple of orders, they are a good alternative to Amazon. Good support and good quality of goods. Recommended

I found Vitamart has fast shipping and great prices. In fact, I find Vitamart has faster shipping then Amazon. Vitamart ships the order out faster , while Amazon takes days till its out the door and sometimes Amazon has forgotten to ship my order out. This was never a problem with Vitamart. From my experience online shopping from many online stores. Vitamart is simply the best :)

I have, so far, a very good experience with Vitamart. The service is really excellent. I always receive my products in a short time and everything is always perfect. I highly recommend Vitamart.

I haven’t received my order, and it appears “complete”. I called them nobody answered. I left voice messages, and nobody called me back.

I didn’t received a tracking number. When I checked the tracking in my account, this number didn’t exist in Canada Post.

Terrible customer service. I still don’t know if I’d receive any product, or I lose my money.

I have been ordering from Vitamart for a number of years now and they have never ever let me down. Their selection is fantastic, prices are excellent and delivery is super fast, always shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Received my purchase in 2 days which was amazing! The items were on sale which was a bonus. I have had great difficulty finding this particular product in the usual pharmacies. Very pleased that I found Vitamart! Will definitely use this company again.
