I was sent this site through a work colleague to try out, I found it quite easy to use apart from the set up with a camera its not great at scanning you, if anyone sits behind it tries to scan them so I did the manual set up. I think the exercises are very good & the suggestions the site gives you to improve mobility & ease back pain, its just a case of remembering to go onto your dash board every day which I find difficult to remember but I would recommend this site.

A great, simple resource that helps you think twice about your health and posture. Clever technology which means working from home is made easier as the assessment is all online so it is nice and quick. Great tips, support and advice given the whole way through and after which really helps to make you feel cared for.

It is very good for refreshers to ensure bad habits are not creeping back again. Useful tips to adapt to changes in environment, body, aging and so on when sat at a desk all day. Good exercises to help with posture which is great for work but even better for general health and wellbeing.

This is a wonderful service! They go through every part of your workplace set up and show you exactly how you can improve it to reduce the risk of injury over time. They also provide personalised videos of daily exercises you can do to help with tension and pain. Very happy with my experience :)

This is a great addtion for me working from home. Using the program was easy to use and very informative, the camera allowed me to see my current posture and adjust where needed. The advice and check ins are very helpful. The daily excercises are handy although not aways completed. Highly recommend

I found the system really friendly, easy to navigate around. Having a 'real life' camera which showed my posture was a great insight too. The system feels like it cares and that nice to know. I enjoyed it and have been doing desk activites weekly too to improve my posture.

A very user friendly system, with some great hints and tips. Great to show regular assessments and ongoing support for employees.

The process was easy and quick. It used the camera to give a 'real life' assessment of me at my work station.

System is proving invaluable in helping staff complete DSE assessments due to hybrid working it is a great tool in highlighting assessments staff need to complete at home or work, as well as highlighting issues staff may have, well done

The whole experience has been seamless from implementation through to ongoing support. We have received great feedback from staff around the business that it has made them think about their day to day set up and working habits more than our previous paper assessment and they feel they are now getting the support they need if DSE is required.

The application is really easy to use, its engaging and makes you want to complete a DSE assessment.
The information it feed back to you in terms of posture etc is really useful and I think will prevent backpain and other issues associated with a desk based jobs.
