Excellent service, commencing with booking a call out to the completion of a repair and boiler service. All completed within less than 24 hours.

I am so grateful to Vokera and staff members Mary and Niall.
Our boiler stopped working on a Monday morning which meant no hot water or heat. I rang Vokera and spoke to Mary who kindly arranged an appointment for Wednesday.
That appointment was honoured even though an engineer had called in sick that morning and Mary had to rearrange appointments to accommodate us. Niall was the engineer who called and he was excellent. Sorted out our issues and patiently answered all of our questions.
A really good professional company to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Niall just serviced our Vokera boiler. He is such a gent and his service is very comprehensive. Will book him again next year.

My 2007 boiler was repaired and serviced - and I’m very pleased. When I saw Brian’s enthusiasm I was confident that the work would be done professionally and in his friendly manner he kept me informed of the work he was doing. He added a few tips that will improve efficiency of the way I use the boiler too. Meanwhile thanks also to Margaret who was readily contactable in managing a busy workload.

The Vokera gas boiler has proven to be an incredibly disappointing purchase. From frequent breakdowns to unreliable performance, it has caused nothing but headaches. Despite regular servicing, the boiler fails to provide consistent heating or hot water, often cutting out at the most inconvenient times. The efficiency claims seem overstated, as my energy bills have not decreased significantly since installation. Customer support has also been lackluster, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. Replacement parts are costly, and repairs never seem to last long, making the boiler a constant source of frustration. I would not recommend Vokera to anyone looking for a reliable heating system.

I have really the best service from their customer service representative Marry and engineer Brian, whi helped and fixed my boiler even "other" local boiler installers was saying to me that need new one to be installed. I would highly recommended this company and this team. Giving them 5 of 5 🫡

Thanks to Brian for recent annual gas boiler service. He is very professional and reliable engineer. He had serviced my boiler for past four years and it has been working without fault. Last year I called someone else for a service and regretted it straight away. Definitely can tell, Brian is the best!

We had our Vokera gas boiler looked at by Brian he had if fixed & serviced in little over an hour .Brian is a brilliant engineer &is so thorough we can't recommend the customer support & service team enough especially Leanne & Brian ,it is so refreshing when a company goes above & beyond for their customers.I will be recommending Vokera to my family & friends alike

From first email to Anita who responded with details of service/repair costs wihin 10 mins to follow up call with Anita, who answered the phone less than 30 secs after my call and organised the call out, to Engineer Brian's visit who demonstrated the problem, fixed the boiler and walked me through how to manage the heat levels, to a discount as we did not need any parts replacement, this was 5 star service at its very best and something I have not experienced for a long long time, if ever. Take a bow everyone and thank you very much.

Had our 10 year old vokera gas boiler fixed by Brian. We thought we might have to fork out for a new boiler which we were so worried about, but Brian had it fixed and serviced in about an hour. He is a brilliant engineer and is so thorough. My husband booked over the phone with Anita in their office and everything was seamless. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be booking with them directly in future for the annual service. Very happy customer

Had a problem with my five year old Vokera boiler and got in touch with Anita through their web site. She was very professional and sent Phil out to sort the issue. We had no heating or hot water Phil identified the issue straight away and more importantly carried the necessary spare parts in his van. Up and running again in no time. Thank you both.

I'm going to be very predictable and like all the other reviews praise Brian for his professionalism, his brilliance and his likeability. While we have a Vokera boiler, we had it serviced twice in the past year by another very well known organisation. That was a mistake. I then read the reviews on Trustpilot and realised we should have gone directly to Vokera. Everything that you read about Brian is true! And I would like to give a special mention to Mary in the Vokera office who was very helpful too.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian who was able to identify a fault with my boiler that had gone unnoticed by other engineers. It was not an easy find, but Brian's persistence and attention to detail really stood out. A very nice guy to talk to and someone who obviously takes pride in and enjoys the work he does. I appreciated how he talked through the steps to identify the issue and how he shared his knowledge.

I called the office to report my broken boiler - would not ignite when I turned it on after being off all summer so have had no heating. Brian the engineer has just given the boiler a complete overhaul and the heating is back! Brian was professional and clearly knowledgeable as he explained the work he carried out thoroughly. I would highly recommend him and Vokera to all going forward. I am a very happy customer :)

Brian serviced my gas boiler this morning and did an excellent job! He is meticulous with detail and he takes great pride in his work. This is rare in today's world.
