Wonderful customer serviice
I am away on holiday to Poole with my touring caravan. On the journey I experienced an issue where the car went onto reduced power mode. As this is a Friday and Bank Holiday weekend, I feared the worst. I went to Poole Volvo, who went well out of their way to help me. I left the car with them and they took me back to my accommodation some miles away and after a fabulous job fixing my car issues, returned to collect me. I cannot praise or thank them enough for such wonderful service. A big thank you once again. Ian

Our usual positive, friendly and helpful visit, both in terms of the service and and general interactions. Our dog, Daisy, who is a regular visitor and would no doubt buy a Volvo if she could drve, also enjoys the attention from the team!

Top notch customer support!
I had some trouble with my Polestar 2 on a weekend visit to the area. A severe wheel wobble developed on the way there from London, which my lease company managed to make overly complex, but which ultimately resulted in the car being ‘recovered’ to the nearest Volvo dealer on the Monday.
From the moment the car arrived at Volvo, I was called by Katie in the servicing department who reassured me the car has turned up, and offered to help me in our situation. Basically, we were essentially stranded with no means of getting home to London.
Polestar were in the process of trying to organise a replacement vehicle, but before that could happen, Katie called to let me know the car was being looked at and would be ready in 20 minutes. This was most unexpected as getting these things looked within short timescales doesn’t happen very often in my experience. However it happened, having had the car towed, I was delighted to be able to pick it up 3 or so hours later. Katie’s help was further needed as after collecting my car, I realised I’d left my phone in the taxi! Nightmare! Katie called the taxi firm and they were able to return my phone soon after.
I can’t fault the service that Katie and the team at Volvo in Poole gave me. It’s just how customer service should be!!

Remote purchase with confidence
The precise model Volvo I wanted was only available from Volvo Cars Poole which is on the opposite side of the country. I was nervous of paying a large amount of money for something I had not seen from people I'd not met but the team were superb in providing confidence and answering all the extra questions that were needed not being able to see for myself.
They provided excellent and detailed videos, offered services without a heavy sell, walked me through what was a surprisingly simple process and the delivery was on time and short.
I'd also call out just how good the Volvo Selekt Warranty is far beyond what you get in a 3rd party warranty and the Volvo garage will deal with it all.

Volvo Poole offers great service. They are always helpful. It's easy to book a car in for service. They provide extensive feedback on the condition of the car and I really trust them. I've bought several cars from them and would never go anywhere else to either buy a car or have it serviced.

Excellent Service
We intended to book a service for our XC60 and ended up buying a used V40! We had excellent service from Paul, he made the whole experience enjoyable and we felt we were treated just as well as if we had been ordering a new car. The whole team were very apologetic and understanding when we had a hiccup on the first day of ownership, and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Volvo Poole.

Be aware extortionate servicing costs. I was happy with the car and the people. But not £750 per service happy.
No option for service plans when car leased, no good will gestures, just a justification that they use good oil...
Make sure to add extra to your budget to include services that are nearly twice the price of the competition.

Throughout the whole process we were given very friendly and professional experience. Luke Edwards realized that a new car had just come in the previous day that fitted our criteria and took us for a test drive & and once we decided to go ahead with the purchase handed us over to Marc Walby who took us through every step of the purchase process. He also did a very thorough hand over on the day of collection. We have since had a follow up call from Marc after taking the car home to ensure we were happy and to contact him if we needed any further questions.
