I don’t care who sold me the lifetime sub, as long as the service is still in the same name, you have the possibility to give us our lifetime subs. If you are really that desperate to charge me again I’m just gonna switch to another service. A single VPN customer generates almost no server costs and you are instead just taking the massive backlash from your ex-customers. Very bad decision making of the new owners.

Stay away from this company: they revoked all Life Time Subscription accounts, saying they "did not buy the obligations, only the infrastructure" and "were not aware of the sale of Life Time Subscriptions" even though these were still ADVERTISED on THEIR website AFTER they bought the company. Clear lies, which they to cover up using generic, generated responses. Again, stay away!

When lifetime doesn't mean lifetime.
What a joke, paid for a lifetime access to VPN and not honoured. Any company that is willing to cancel your lifetime account is not to be trusted. What other things will they change or cancel? DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CHEATS.

Beware of VPN Secure’s bait-and-switch tactics. Like many others, I purchased their so-called “lifetime” access plan under the promise of uninterrupted VPN service for life. Unfortunately, that promise turned out to be hollow.
After a period of use, VPN Secure unilaterally revoked access, citing that continuing to honor “lifetime” accounts was no longer profitable for them. Let me be clear: that is not the customer’s fault that’s the risk the company assumed when they chose to offer such a product.
This is not a technical failure or a force majeure. It’s a deliberate business decision to abandon customers they already took money from. If a company can just redefine what “lifetime” means after the fact, what else might they feel entitled to walk back?
Worse, there was no reasonable compensation, no prorated refund, no true goodwill gesture. Just a cold, corporate shrug and a redirect to a new subscription model. That’s not just bad customer service it’s deceptive marketing.
I strongly urge others to steer clear. There are better VPNs out there with integrity and transparent business practices. VPN Secure is anything but secure when it comes to trust.

You can’t buy a company’s recurring revenue and disavow the lifetime customers that were essential in providing the cash infusion to make the company grow. This is so bad. So bad.

Absolutely terrible company. Illegal business practices, business owners who lie to customers, complete lack of support. A complete ripoff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They claim to have acquired "technology only". But if this were true then ALL accounts would have been deactivated. The fact is they lie about it. They didn't do their due diligence when acquiring the company, and now they refuse to honour agreements and contracts which they don't like.
They claim to have seen all the costs, incomings, outgoings, data usage etc before purchasing. THEY failed to recognise the data usage. THEY did not ask about contracts.
They claim that the previous owners did not disclose these lifetime contracts. IF that is true then the remedy is for them to sue the previous owners. But not honouring the contracts which THEY PURCHASED WITH THE TECHNOLOGY is ILLEGAL.
Hopefully there will be a class action law suit which will sort this awful company out!!
This claim that the new company ONLY acquired technology and not accounts is clearly false because the accounts CONTINUED TO OPERATE! And the ones who are paying ongoing fees STILL ARE OPERATING! So the company clearly did NOT ONLY buy technology, they clearly bought customers accounts as well! Just more lies on top of lies.
When you purchase a company you purchase ALL of the company, the debts, the infrastructure, the accounts, EVERYTHING. The FACT that the accounts CONTINUED to be active proves that the company purchased them along with the technology and infrastructure. And frankly if that wasn't the case then the company STILL had an obligation to inform customers about any changes. That did not happen, that is STILL a breach of contract. But the new company clearly DID buy the existing customers accounts along with the technology, and they have a legal responsibility to adhere to the contracts which they purchased.
But hey, feel free to reply again with more lies. It just makes your company look worse and worse every time you do.

Don't trust companies that unilaterally cancel their commitments.
And the whole story about who bought what – you only bought assets? Well, that seems like your problem.
As a customer, I was left deceived, and the fact that you're sure you have justification to deceive me only reinforces how important it is to stay away from you.

I purchased a lifetime subscription via stack social… I’m still alive vpn secure it still alive? Why is my lifetime subscription dead? How can I get my refund?

Reply from VPN Secure
I wish I could give 0. They don't deserve a single star. Not honoring LTS blaming previous owner on not disclosing them.

A very bad company that don’t honor its agreements with users. and it don't matter that the owner was changed - its not a valid excuse whatsoever.
Imagine living a world in which whatever a signed agreement was, the owner can sell the company to his friend and say “sorry, not effective anymore because i sold it”.
I will never pay you again and i highly suggest none does

Ok, so one company buys another company and the deal is for assets only. So far I follow. Since the acquisition is for assets only, subscriptions are axed. Still following. Ok now hold up…monthly subscribers can stay but lifetime subscribers can’t? That’s not how it works bub. May the success of your business be equal to the way you treat your customers. AVOID!!!!!

This company is terrible, they are operating illegally by their own admission. They argue that buying the company they need to honor the beforehand liabilities except for existing memberships; there is a lot of hypocrisy from them. This is clearly an illegal move from new management trying to avoid added costs. The company is now trying to say that it is perfectly legal to sell goods and services and now because of unforseen costs (a.k.a. our ppl didn't do their job) it's ok to just no longer honor sold memberships; just forget entirely that your lifetime membership is not an liability or asset to us.

They cancelled all lifetime subscriptions. Lied about they didn't know and how it was an asset only purchase when they bought the company. If that was true, why do they keep some customers and get rid of others? You can't trust them. There are so many VPN companies out there that all work about the same. Don't give your money to these crooks!

Ok guys, I appreciate the transparency. But I can't follow your argument on the lifetime deal situation.
You can either aquire the company, inherit the complete userbase with all contracts and honor everyone of them or you acquire the company without any existing users, start form scratch and offer new contracts to everyone.
What you can't do is pick which contracts you want to keep. This isn't what "asset-only" means. I am making sense, right?
Anyway, I hope your male physiology enhancement business is doing better.

Bought a lifetime subscription ages ago and was using the service almost daily. But now out of nowhere it just stops working. I'm guessing it going through some maintenance or something. Then I get the emails with their excuse of "not knowing" that they had lifetime subscribers. Utter BS. Not recommending them to anyone ever again.

"Really? LIFETIME service just randomly cuts off?"
That was my orignal comment, but I read the company's replies and I have to be honest, this is the first time I see a company reply to every single review. I do see alot of transparency and I feel it was unfair from me personally to judge just by one article/youtube review. If any of them stated they are actually reading all of our comments, a 3 men team I would look at it differently.
It sucks, it REALLY DOES, i might be naive here, but maybe we giving them too much hate.
I will change my review to 3 stars instead of 1 and see what happens, maybe I might change it to a higher or a lower number after seeing what happens.
Guys I hope we, as consumers win. But I also hope every company was this communicative, we at least have to give them that.

Owners use Chat GPT to answer comments here. So even your "being honest and facing the backlash, answering every comment" is a lie. Under your "meticulous" copy and paste process you forgot to delete "Chat GPT said" from some answers. i have screenshots of those but cannot upload here.
Moreover, your website uses 5 star reviews from StackSocial, which includes happy lifetime users that thought that was a good lifetime deal and lost their acess during this scam. As i understand it is completely okay for you to cut services as you only acquired assets and did not know about LTDs (which also contributed to assets you acquired by paying customers) and still continue to use their earlier good experiences(which was under the old evil owner) as advertisement.
You could have started a VPN service from the scratch. But no, you wanted to use name and legacy of a established and known VPN service. I see that you are very comfortable with that as you blatantly use older 5 star experiences from LTD customers in your website. When it comes to honor contracts, noooo it was a asset only sale we dont have to honor LTDs, we were never notified.
StackSocial has been notified about this and your answers blaming them and referring customers to them for refunds.
I wonder what Chat GPT is going to say now. Hello Chat GPT, i like you and admire you but isn't it somehow deplorable that scammers can use you for some polished responses so that they seem as "caring and honest people"?

Do not trust this company. Run don't walk. Cancelation of lifetime subscription.

Reply from VPN Secure
This Company Shouldn't Exist
They revoke lifetime license because they don't want to honor their agreements. Anyone who had a lifetime subscription should pursue a class action lawsuit.
Edit: The responses from the company seem to take the attitude that because they think their actions were legal, their company should not suffer consequences. Any entity involved with the parent company, Infinite Quant ltd, should be seen as unethical and avoided at any cost.
