Product Advertised Was Not The Same…
The product advertised was not the same product i received.
They could of notified me that the product advertised was no longer available, but they didn't, just sent a different product out instead.
customer service wasn't very good, i wanted to return the item, they gave me a return address to write on the box, which had no destination or postcode, Vsafety said they had an agreement with Royal Mail and just give the parcel to the postmaster, which i did and he said he cannot process it due to no license number, no destination or postcode and gave me the parcel back.
I called Vsafety and they booked a courier service DPD to pick the parcel, which they did and the DPD guy was a little confused when i said to him have you got the return labels, clearly he did not have them, but the parcel managed to get back to Vsafety with no destination or postcode, (Very good from DPD
).
I won't use Vsafety again.
