Short Lifespan
Item ordered was as described, however the date produced was 3/21, so only has 13 months life left, which is pretty poor considering it should have 36 months. It was very cheap for a hard hat and this is probably why!

Upon reviewing the product you purchased and contacting our supplier, we can confirm that the helmet's service life is 5 years from the manufacturing date.
The actual service life of the equipment will depend on the intensity, frequency, environment, and competence of the user, as well as how it is maintained and stored, etc. The supplier also mentioned it is preferable to assign a helmet to a single user so that this person will know its history.
Although, if the helmet has suffered a significant impact or displays faults or cracks, it should be immediately replaced.
We hope this helps clarify the lifespan of the product.
