We recently entrusted A&A Walters with the care of our mom Olive ,who sadly passed away on the 21/01/26.
The service received was exceptional,Andy Matthew’s from sedgley office was brilliant from start to finish.
Andy always kept us informed about every thing ,reassuring us at all times nothing was ever to much trouble.
On the day of the funeral everything was perfect and went to plan and couldn’t fault anything.
A huge thank you to the team who attended on the day providing outstanding service.
To everyone at A&A Walters thank you so much ,a special thank you for Andy really appreciate everything you done ,you went above and beyond.

We cannot thank Karen and the entire undertaking team from A&A Walters in Tipton enough for the outstanding care and professionalism shown in arranging the funeral of the late Mary Hawkes. From our first meeting to the day of the service, everything was handled with compassion, dignity, and meticulous attention to detail. At such a difficult time for our family, their guidance and support meant more than we can say. We truly could not have wished for a better service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

From the second i knocked the door at the office at Ivyhouse on corner of Dudley street Former Florists, A Lady called Sam Morris welcomed me, Gave me all the time i needed to explain what i required for funeral, her polite manner shone through; Lifted worry from my shoulders and Literally did it all, It was made easier that my beloved May Collins had prepaid and arranged her requirements years beforehand.Sam even advised me and pointed me in direction of things i needed to do and what oder, Her order of service designs are superb, i had personal recordings which she arranged so i would get the best sound, She was an Angel herself, I highly recommend AA walters, From beginning to end all Staff involved did my loved one proud, the Bearers, driver , The Chapel Of Rest staff and presentation was Faultless,The flowers they did were beautiful as was the complete service I recieved,

I wanted to thank Andy and his team at A&A Walters for all their help with the funeral for my dad, Ashok on 20 February 2026. They were all fantastic. Andy took the time to support us throughout. It felt like Andy was always available and had time to talk, and we really appreciated his patience and guidance. On the day of the funeral, things couldn't have gone smoother. The gentlemen in the cars were wonderful. They were helpful, courteous and respectful. Thank you Andy - and everyone.

We recently entrusted A&A Walters with the funeral of my mom, Debbie on 12/11/25. They couldn’t be more helpful, especially Sam at Bilston branch, who went above and beyond to make us feel at easy and make things just the way you want for your loved ones final journey. The Tipton Branch were also very supportive and did everything in there power to ensure the day ran as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend, excellent service.

My father passed away in November last year, Robert Winchurch, we went to the Bilston branch where we met Sam, she was absolutely amazing, she herself had just lost her dad, she made me feel so at ease, we talked about our dads and she even said to me that it’s ok to smile and laugh even though we were going through the toughest time ever, she made the whole process so smoothly, every step of the way from arranging the funeral and even after. I cannot praise this company enough.

From start to finish Andy and the Team at A&A Walters, made a difficult time more bearable during the sad loss of our mother Maureen Evans. The arrangements were completed as we had discussed and they went to great lengths to ensure everything went well on the day. Everyone we had dealings with, were sympathetic and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.

We have used Walters Funeral Directors 10 times over the past 40 years, and have always been very pleased with the service. Regarding the most recent burial of our mother Irene Pessall our contact with Andy was most helpful and he showed a lot of patience with us on our frequent visits to his office. On the day of the burial the drivers and pallbearers were very respectful and courteous. The flowers on the coffin were beautiful and the service conducted by Debbie was very moving and dignified.

Karen sorted out the funeral arrangements for us. She was very helpful and the service was first class. It's a stressful time arranging a funeral, but Karen and the team made it a very smooth process and on the day it was seamless. Everyone that attended told us what a "good send off" it was. A traditional funeral and burial with lovely personal touches like a racing horse engraved into the coffin and an Order of Service that also had race horse theme. It was very personal and a lovely service. Thank you to all the team.

We recently entrusted A.A. Walters with the care of our mother, Maureen Johnson, who sadly passed away suddenly on 08.01.26. From the very first moment, their service was exceptional. Our mothers’s passing was unexpected, and they came to collect her from home during the worse snowstorm we have had for years, not sure how they managed to negotiate the hill where other cars had been abandoned and still showed such professionalism, compassion, and respect. When arranging the funeral special thanks to Phil for arranging and confirming a date so soon and also to Stacy for making the process of arranging the actual funeral as smooth as possible.

My family have used Walters for generations, and they have always provided the best service we could have wished for and this time for our mother Maureen Iddles was no exception. The arrangements from the very first meeting, with Andy, to the booking of the service to the actual service were all done in an extremely professional but caring manner which was really appreciated at such a difficult time. On the actual day, despite the poor conditions due to the snow and ice on the roads, Walters dealt with everything including the conditions with such professionalism that these difficulties were not noticed by the family. I would recommend Walters to anyone; they took away all the concerns for the arrangements and dealt with everything in a professional yet caring manner.

We recently entrusted A.A. Walters with the care of our father, James Baker, who sadly passed away on 12.11.25. From the very first moment, their service was exceptional. Our father’s passing was unexpected, and they came out of hours to collect him from home with such professionalism, compassion, and respect. Knowing he was cared for and prepared so gently for his final journey brought us real comfort at an incredibly difficult time.
Throughout the process, our father was treated with dignity, and we were given the opportunity to visit him in the chapel of rest, which meant a great deal to us.
On the day of the funeral, everything ran smoothly thanks to the team’s organisation, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring presence. Their support allowed us to focus on saying goodbye without worrying about anything else.
We would especially like to thank Andy, who was outstanding from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and he supported us every step of the way. He guided us through decisions about the order of service, helped us feel confident in the choices we made, and ensured collecting the ashes was handled with the same care and personal touch. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His kindness, patience, and genuine empathy made an unbearable time that little bit easier.
To everyone at A.A. Walters, thank you for your support, your professionalism, and the dignity you showed our father. And to Andy in particular – thank you for being truly amazing.

Our family has been using A&A Walters for years - however, this was my first arranging the service for our Father, Philip Aston. Service was great from the 'off' and everything requested was addressed without hesitation or bother. All went exactly to plan and couldn't fault the service received. Thank you all at A&A Walters. From meeting Stacy to arrange my mother-in-law's funeral (Sue Dean) to Anthony dealing with the day I felt in very safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble for all who I dealt with at Walters.

Very well organised experience

A&A Walters were outstanding with me and my sisters when we had to plan our Mom's funeral. We lost Mom on 6.12.25 and dealt with Karen Newey to organise everything. Karen was compassionate, caring and extremely helpful in what was a very very sad time for us as a Family. We were kept up to date with everything, and communicated with when we changed our mind on some things. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen, I would recommend A&A Walters to anyone who has the unfortunate time of having to plan a loved ones funeral.

Following the passing of Anthony Bolton. Aa Walters delt with all of the arrangements. The office staff were efficient and approachable. The chapel of rest was done with dignity and very well presented a credit to them. On the day Dave and the team where outstanding they did a lot to make Tony's send off a memorable one. All of the family appreciates everything they have done they are a credit to there profession. Would recommend without hesitation. They went above and beyond our thanks to all that work there.

For many generations, AAWalters has been the trusted choice for my family. In July 2025, they provided exceptional care for my father and even arranged his transport from Yorkshire. I am immensely grateful for their outstanding service and support.
