Disappointed to say the least
Ordered 2 watches on one transaction. Only one arrived. When I asked where the other item was I was eventually told that the item was out of stock. If I hadn’t of asked where my item was - I’d still be waiting. Absolute zero communication- zero customer service. Very quick to take the money. The items were birthday presents which have left me embarrassed as one family members gift didn’t arrive. When asked to escalate this to a higher level - I was told because of staff shortages no one was able to speak to me. Hopefully I get my refund in time. Wouldn’t be buying from here again

We are very sorry to hear that only one of your watches arrived - this was down to a processing error during dispatch and we are very sorry about that.
As we didn’t know the error had occurred until you contacted us, we were not able to contact you prior to inform you of the error - unfortunately, the watch had sold out by the time you got in contact with us.
We offered to either issue a full refund for the watch or exchange it for a different model - we also offered to send the watch you originally ordered as it is due back in stock in the next few days.
Nobody was available to speak to you at the time, but we did provide information so you could email a manager for them to review it.
I don’t agree that there was zero communication or customer service - you emailed us at 19:35 and we got back to you the next morning.
A full refund has been processed as advised via email.
Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we will do our best to ensure it doesn’t happen in the future.

Excellent Service, Product and Price!
I just used these guys for the first time, and my experience was absolutely excellent. Placed my order over the weekend and had my product by the Tuesday morning. Even when I emailed them on Monday to check on my order, I had a reply within about 5 minutes! The product was also delivered in perfect condition and at a fantastic price. Your refund has now been processed and you will receive an email to confirm this.
We apologise for the delay but if you had emailed us earlier to let us know the refund had not been received, we would have been able to look into it and process the refund much sooner.
Not great unfortunately...
If they have the watch in stock then great but if they have to order it in then you may have issues.
I’ve ordered 4 watches and only managed to receive 2, have had refunds for the others so 50% success rate for me.
Email response is poor and customer service isn’t great.
On the whole not a terrible company, have dealt with a lot worse but also a lot better !!!

The first refunded watch wasn’t the case you couldn’t order it in time for when I “needed it” at all it took you over a week to let me know that your supplier couldn’t source that model at all (am happy to post a copy of your email in the review if need be) and the second one that was “lost in the post” according to your email it never left the sorting office after being collected by Royal Mail. You did offer to send me one yes special delivery (even though it was out of stock according to your website) but I no longer wanted anything from you after the poor service received as agreed by yourselves.
Never disputed that refunds were issued promptly, they were indeed.
The issue as pointed out to you is your lack of keeping customers informed and often just ignoring emails...then when you eventually reply it’s “oh sorry we can’t source that or it’s been lost in the post” you have to understand customers getting frustrated at that sort of thing.
To re-iterate if you have the items in stock there is no problem, the issues arise when you have to order watches in.
May I suggest you change your lead times on your website?
This is a forum for customers to leave honest reviews regarding their experience with yourselves, please don’t respond trying to blame the customer in any way, that really does show your poor customer service clearly.

With regards to the other 2 watches - one was out of stock and so a full refund was issued as we couldn't order it in time for when you needed it.
The other one unfortunately didn't arrive and was lost in the post - we offered to resend it or issue you with a full refund. You chose the full refund and we processed the refund right away.

That’s right, one item wasn’t available and couldn’t be ordered in. I am very sorry that you were not informed sooner.
The second one was lost, it got collected and then disappeared - unfortunately we still haven’t got it but Royal Mail refunded us as all parcels are insured.
Our communication was not up to standard and for that we apologise.
This will be passed onto a manager for review to improve our service in future.
