Good online retailer

Ordered a watch from them on Sunday, received it 2 days later so very fast service. I did not receive a confirmation email for my order, but as soon as i sent an email asking for confirmation their reply came back within minutes. Friendly and helpful. Will recommend

Fantastic service throughout

I have always been hesitant to purchase jewellery and clothing online. Watch Shop Online were absolutely brilliant, answering any questions I had in very good time and reassuring me throughout. What’s more, the watch was beautiful and delivered in just a few days.
Thoroughly recommended.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FEW GOOD REVIEWS I returned a watch on 3/2/20 left it a week I had to email them to find out what was going on got a reply I had to again email following week For a update to be told they had sent it off another week I had to chase them to be told they had received it back but was holding it a couple days to see if it lost time again so I leave it 5 days no update from them so yet again I had to email to find out to be told it started losing time so they had sent for a replacement it would be there on the Monday well Monday came and went and I had to email them yet again by this time my patience had run out and I told them I Wanted a number I could talk to some one on instead of the answer machine they always have on (never gave me a number) so I said I would be contacting fossil group and taking legal advice got a email back straight away saying they could get me a watch for the Thursday or I could have a refund which after all the hassle I accepted I believe this site buys second watches that’s why can sell bit cheaper believe me it’s not worth the saving used the refund to buy a boss watch from argos on offer for £74:99

Looking through your order history I can see that that you did have to chase up your return multiple times and we do apologise for that.

We don’t buy second hand watches but unfortunately, even new watches can develop problems sometimes.

We did offer to replace the watch after a repair attempt failed - as the watch was out of stock one had to be ordered in for you.

Unfortunately, there was a delay and as you had been waiting a long time we offered to issue a full refund rather thank keep you waiting.

Once again we apologise for the negative shopping experience.

I placed an order on the 27th of…

I placed an order on the 27th of January and after an email querying my delivery I had a reply that it’s out of stock but they took my payment. Another email stated my refund is processed but nothing until today. They do-not reply to any of my emails or answer the phone calls or reply Facebook messenger message. I have contacted my credit card firm and next would be trading standards, how can this be happening if you are promoting as a legit trader online.

0018395 I have had no response vie email and when I have tried to call had no joy. A response to when I receive my watch would be nice. If I don’t have a response or the watch delivered with in the next week I will have No choice but to go to trading standards.

I placed an order and paid for the watch on 14th January, got no confirmation until I requested a delivery date but all I got emailed was an invoice, not heard anything since. Nobody answers the phone or replies to answerphone messages. Had to email again regarding a delivery date or a refund. If I have no joy in the next couple of days I will have no choice but to go to trading standards.

HEARD NOTHING

I placed an order on Friday 13th Jan. I received confirmation of my order but since then nothing. Despite several emails to them requesting when I would received this item as it is a birthday gift, they have not even bothered with the courtesy of a response. They have however taken my payment. I have therefore today requested cancellation and refund of my order as I have no faith it will be delivered on time. Communication is key and they have shown they are not bothered as all I wanted was a response to say when it would be delivered. **just had a response and as unable to reply i will update here - I sent 3 emails and only got a response once I posted here. To be honest the response was RUDE. All i was asking for was a delivery date nothing more so this rude response was not warranted. What happened to good old customer service and manners?!!!!**

I wouldn’t say that 2 emails count as several emails.

Your order is due to be dispatched on Monday as per the product information page - if you had read the product information page you would have seen this.

I apologise for the response you got from one of my colleagues - this response has been passed to a manager for review as the tone used wasn’t pleasant.

My son has ordered and paid for a watch on the 5th January and still no watch. Has had one answer to an email then nothing. Very poor service. Next step might be trading standards if nothing is received in a couple of days

MONTH LATER. STILL WAITING FOR £396 XMAS WATCH.

This is my second posting. Still not received the Tissot watch ordered on 9 December. Cheaper watch received 24 December. 28 December received email confirming the correct watch was in stock and was being despatched and as a 15% discount promotion was running I would receive a refund.

Now 8 January and nothing has changed. Absolutely no contact since 28 December. Telephone goes straight to voicemail. Wish I had read Trust Pilot before using watchshoponline.

Addition. I am very sorry for the situation we put you in due to sending the wrong watch - we will be able to dispatch the correct watch as it is currently in stock.

ADDITION;
To quote from watchshoponline’s email to me dated 28 December 2019

”I have attached a returns form so you can return the watch to us and in the mean time we will send you the correct one.”

I am very sorry for the trouble you experienced shopping with us.

It seems there was some confusion with the return - we were waiting for you to return the wrong watch to us before sending the correct one - however, I can see from the email conversion that you were waiting for us to send the correct one before returning the wrong one to us.

This created a period of time where no progress was made - I also note that our email implied we would send out the correct watch right away and I do apologise for that.

I can see that we did send out the correct watch and this was signed for by yourself on 10/01/2020.

We also issued a refund for £40 as a gesture of goodwill for the trouble.

If we can do anything else to help please do let us know but I believe the issue has now been resolved.

Recently purchased a Hugo boss watch…

Recently purchased a Hugo boss watch for my sons Xmas present and ordered it from watch shop online the order was placed on Thursday 19/12/19 after which I received a reference no to confirm,
I then received an email to say it would be delivered on Christmas Eve by Royal Mail as I had chosen first class it arrived at 08.00 on Christmas Eve as promised and it will make my sons xmas the item is superb well done watchline and thank you for a great service,

I made a purchase on 11th December and…

I made a purchase on 11th December and the 7th day is today. No watch! Was told nothing can be done as its Royal Mail. They leave it to the last minute to despatch it and then take no responsibility when you dont get it. You were quick enough to take my money 9 days ago! I have now asked twice for a number to call a manager. Funny they are ignoring that. Stay away from this company. I truly believe that they are fraudulent. I will be disputing the payment. I have just posted on their facebook page and they have blocked me. I have asked for a refund and they have refused! I will get all my friends to post on social media so that other people are not robbed of their hard earned money.

As you can see from the tracking number (AF689436498GB) your item was dispatched on the 19th which is the 6th working day after you placed the order.

The product page showed an estimated dispatch time of 5-7 working days.

You have been emailing a manager so phoning will not make a difference.

We have advised you to wait until the end of the day as the item was dispatched via next day delivery - you can see from the Royal Mail website that they are delivering items up until 7:30pm so they still have 3 hours to deliver your item as it is now only 4:30pm.
