A part-load from London, after my mother's death, to my home in France. Not easy to know who to choose to do the job. From the first enquiry, Andy, always available, patiently listened, gave precious advice and answered my numerous questions (all with a great sense of humour).The pickup in London and delivery here ,went according to plan, with Jack and Dan doing a fantastic job of packing and protecting all the many fragile items, so there was no damage. The team dealt with customs clearance and paperwork efficiently. Jack and Dan delivered here, 10 days later, spot on time.

Andy and his team were excellent. From arranging the pick up from our storage unit in France, to dealing with the customs declaration and storing our items in the UK… nothing was too much trouble and communication was first rate. Moving can be stressful but thanks to Andy and the team at Watsons everything went very smoothly. The pricing was very competitive for a move from Scotland to Spain. The pickup was quick and efficient, all the customs paperwork was dealt with and the shipment arrived exactly on time. No hesitation at all in giving 5 stars and recommending them.

1st class service from the initial enquiry. The pick up in Edinburgh to the delivery in SW France, everything went like clockwork. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Watson European.

I have nothing but praise for the excellent service provided by Watson European. They made a first-class job of moving all my belongings from SW France back home to Rochester in the UK in 2022 and March 2023. Not an easy task after 44 years in France with a huge amount of precious items accumulated during this time. All the paperwork was taken care of in a friendly helpful manner by Alex in the office and the team of movers were always right on time and extremely polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Moving home is stressful enough as it is, moving to another country even more so, but Alex, Andy and the teams were magnificent in ensuring everything went smoothly.
Prices are reasonable and one added advantage is having the option of 60 days free storage giving you time to recover and get sorted.

We have just used Watson European for the first time, having seen their advertising in The Connexion newspaper. And we were very pleased we did.
From our first contact with Andy through to the ongoing correspondence with Adam, it has been an easy process.
On the day our items were first collected from our U.K. address and went off for a short stay in storage, the two guys notified us in as of the time they would be with us and they kept to that time. They did their job quickly and without fuss and were on their way.
In advance of the items arriving at our French address we were once again given an estimated arrival time and once again the personnel were on time, found us easy thanks to them taking time in advance to pinpoint where we are (it’s not an easy place to locate normally) and delivered our items quickly and efficiently.
We have been very pleased with the services of Watson European and would definitely recommend them.

I was in France with my Mercedes with developed an intermittent electrical fault. Consequently I did not want to drive it home.

I knew nothing at all about Watson..zéro but found their ad in a local mag. They looked good so I send an e-mail and in no time at Andy was on the phone. All organised, car collected within a week and delivered to my front door a week later.

Everything was seamless, easy and stress free.

Saying a simple thank you to the team at Watsons doesn’t feel like enough. From the moment we contacted them their service, support and care in moving us from central France, storing our belongings (whilst arranging access to clothes as the weather got colder), then moving us into our new home, has been second to none. In France, after packing us up, they changed into new Watsons tee shirts and we shared a memorable moment with our French neighbour. The service provided by WatsonEuropean facilitating the move from rural France to an equally remote location in North Yorkshire was second to none.

Watsons were brilliant from start to finish, making our move from overseas very smooth. From the office to the actual movers, they were all very professional and very friendly.
