Very pleased with Watson Property Surveyors. They were very quick, efficient and kept me updated multiple times throughout the process. I am so pleased I went with them for my Level 2 survey, a surveyor called me straight after and the report came a week later and I will be going with them to complete our help to buy valuation survey.

Fantastic from start to finish, The Surveyor called me after he had completed the survey at the property to explain his findings in detail and offer the chance to get any clarification I might have wanted. The report was available the next working day. Very thorough and efficient. Would recommend.

The Head of Property Management has achieved the very best outcome for the Leaseholders in Deben Wharf.
The 14 Apartment block was built in 2017 and has not met Fire Safety Standards, alongside so many properties in the UK built with the same cladding as the Grenfell tower block. In addition there were inadequate fire breaks in the infrastructure, no fire alarms and inadequate fire doors. Emily Ransome-Farmer worked tirelessly and in her own time to pursue a complicated and ultimately successful insurance claim
Her tenacity and dedication to ensuring that our safety and financial commitments are protected whilst protracted conversations took place was a testament to her professionalism.
We owe Emily and her team a huge debt of thanks.

Very good and clear communication, the survey was carried out on the date arranged and the report was issued soon afterwards. The surveyor went through all of the important points raised in the report via a phone call. All very professional!

The report was done in a timely manner and was comprehensive with recommendations going forward.

We requested a level 2 home buyers report from them and it was done quickly and we received a detailed report 3 working days after the survey was done. We are very happy with this service and would use again should the need arise.

Very responsive and helpful service and they managed to bring forward the survey by several days which was much appreciated.
The survey report is very comprehensive but at over 100 pages long it could be far more user friendly. An executive summary section that notes the actual issues with the property, separate to all of the standard blurb and detail, would make it much easier to read. Having to wade through a report this long to identify important issues is not ideal.

Our survey was arranged and carried out very efficiently and both Amber and our surveyor Peter were knowledgeable and courteous. The service provided offered good value for money. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Watsons on a house survey. They were incredibly approachable, and offered good advice throughout. Dave Watson was nothing but helpful - he had all the facts and advice ready to go as well as checking in along the way with me. The report (level 2 with valuation) was very thorough and well worth the cost for the peace of mind. I would be more than happy to recommend to anyone based on my experiences.
