I have ordered in the past from Waxpack and have enjoyed the feeling of excitement when it arrived. Having spoke to Dan the owner of waxpack, i would like to add the following for review. I have to say for transparency I was offered a refund in full if i was not happy, I was not unhappy with what i got, i suppose the word would be disappointed as all the products were from large well known companies. I would have liked some sample bottles of some new products from small companies, something that i would not normally find on a google search, companies that need to be helped and recognized.
Saying all that the service from Dan is as always very good, and the products are great value compared to buying it direct. The format of Waxpack is still excellent in that you pays your money and receive a box of products that will surprise delight and make you smile. I do recommend everyone does this at lease once a year to enable them to try something a little different, i would also advise small companies who want their products noticed to send samples to Dan so he can offer a far greater variety of new innovative products in the future. He has a great way of connecting your products with professional and amateur customers that could make the difference between success or failure of a brand.
Thanks for the box and i am really looking forward to using the Ceramic boost and comparing to the Autobrite Direct and Chemical guys equivalent.

Second time ordering and can’t fault the business. The guy in charge is quick to respond to messages and really helpful with advice. Ordered a machine polisher, compounds and pads and as a newbie was a bit unsure on what bits to get. I was given plenty of advice on which combination of products to go for. Got the whole lot in a great deal and arrived next day! Will definitely be ordering again.
