I've been trying to contact the company since 15th May. I bought the purple moisturiser and the period mask and they damaged my skin barrier. I've bene trying to repair it for the last few weeks. I've emailed them multiple times to ask whether they've had anyone else come forward with the same problem and they're ignoring me. I also wrote on the Facebook page and still nothing. I'm wanting to get my money back because I can't use the products and because I have been trying to contact them for a month with no response. Terrible customer service, what's happened to your employees? Why is nobody replying to me or the other person here on trust pilot?

Accidentally made a duplicate order as it didn’t look like my first order went through. Tried to cancel, no response, both arrived. Have emailed 3 times to request a refund. No response.

Terrible for people with sensitive skin, menopausal or roseacea skin will never buy again..

Another amazing faace mask by Faace. I tried the Menopause one, even though I don't have menopausal skin. It really plumped up the skin and have it a real glow.

My boyfriend bought me this for my birthday along with Period Faace too as I’ve been struggling with my skin for a few years now and have been on and off various acne treatments. Just lately my skin has been feeling very off balanced, really dried out some days and oily others so he got me both products because he thought they might help my skin a little. This moisturiser in particular however he was drawn to because he knew I’d love the cute smiley packaging (it’s VERY me) but little did he know that he’d bought me my new holy grail product.
Within a few days of using this my skin felt brand new, regenerated. This moisturiser doesn’t leave a horrible residue on your skin after you’ve applied it nor does it sink into your skin so that it feels none existent. Your skin feels instantly hydrated, like you are giving your skin a good drink. It looks plumped and dewy.
It’s not cured my acne sadly but it’s calmed my skin down a lot, it looks a lot less angry which was something I noticed again within the first few days. I honestly don’t think I could imagine being without this product now.
It’s an absolute dream and 10\10 for the packaging!

This had an instant mattifying effect that lasted, but did not feel drying. I will continue to use this when working out.

What a great company, lots of choice, fab communication, very quick delivery, I haven't used the mask yet as I'm just using an open one up but I'm looking forward to it soothing and brightening my skin

Purchasing was super easy and arrived very quickly. The cleanser has a lovely texture and scent. My skin feels squeaky clean without drying it out. I will definitely be buying more.

I made a mistake when placing my latest order, so I contacted Faace immediately, (it was around 10 p.m.) I had received a helpful response before 9 the next morning. I needed to write again to clarify a point and once more my query was answered swiftly.
My parcel arrived really quickly too.
Yes, the products are great as well. I've tried their three original masks and I love all of them, though my favourite by FAAR is Tired Faace. Slap it on at bedtime and guaranteed to wake up bright-eyed and freshly glowing. A real dollop of confidence for when waking up to someone else's faace on the pillow next to you...

Purchasing process was easy, however no confirmation email so I honestly thought I had been scammed.
Extremely long shipping delays ordered 9th May, shipping notification 6th July Delivered 19th July.

I have made many requests for a return label and refund- still waiting

Have used Oil of Olay and Revlon products for years. That is until I started using Menopause daily cream and mask. Where have you been all my life?! I am astounded the difference in my complexion, the softness and no more tight feeling after I wash my face. And it only takes a small amount of product. Arrived in a timely manner.

Product has improved the condition of my skin. It has a lovely fragrance, especially nice when used before bed. Delivery was quick and good packaging. This is the second time I have purchased this product.
