I have used Planet Earth for some years now and always found them to be very helpful, friendly and thorough.
I spoke to Ken, over the phone yesterday, to renew my cover and had no problems, even though there was a change in health circumstances that needed updating. A price amendment was necessary and the reasons were explained in detail.
Recommended.

Ken the customer services rep helped me with clarification on the policy I believed suited me whilst pointing out the plus and minus of each option.
He made navigating through the insurance process extremely easy for a non industry novice.
Based on my dealings I found him friendly helpful and professional and would have no issues recommending the company based on the phone call with Ken.
