Finally had my refund paid in to my bank today,I was shocked when I saw their email, I am on my guard making sure they don't start up again in another name.
They're testing you to see if you will forget your money we have to make sure they don't manage to start another company under a different guise These people or person need to be stopped.

Charges seemed a little steep considering Gladstone Brooks had done all the hard work.
Also took a while to make payment to my bank account even after cheque was received by welovtax from Tax office. In this day and age bank transfers should be quick.
