They accepted my claim for PPI tax…
They accepted my claim for PPI tax refund from HMRC and sent it to HMRC on the 30th July 2023.
On the 2nd October 2023 they said they hadnt had an update but it was in hand. Then today the 23rd of October they tell me that they sent me an email on 3rd October telling me HMRC said to apply myself, Didnt get that email and also no explanation or help as what to do next so 10 weeks wasted off a deadline for claiming

Genuine, monies received with no issues
As other reviewers have said, when I received an email I was quite sceptical (even though I put in a claim a couple of years ago via Gladstone) that it was genuine, however I checked reviews, companies house and was confident to give out my bank details, monies received 2 days later. Yes, it took a long time but I didn’t have to do anything so would recommend.

PPI Interest Tax Refund
Weluvtax sorted out for me the tax refund due on PPI interest from an earlier PPI claim and refund. Only 3* because firstly, fees, including VAT, are high and secondly, after telling me that they had received the refund from HMRC, it took longer than expected for the refund, net of fees+VAT, to be paid over to me, some lost interest etc..

Thank you for the positive review, in regards fees charges, we work hard to keep our fees as low as possible and have opted for a No win, No Fee structure which means if we are unsuccessful with the case, we do not charge for our services regardless of any work that we have undertaken.
Typically, our fees are significantly lower than a structure that charges at an hourly rate. Our customers also benefit from no upfront fees and if we are unsuccessful in recovering a Tax rebate, they pay nothing at all.
With regards to the delay in paying the funds to you, we do apologise, all payments are checked and processed as quickly as possible, however, we will take this feedback on board to ensure we can provide a quick and sufficient service to our customers.

We luv tax filed Hmrc for tax, 1st year I owed tax , 2nd year I had paid too much tax , the exact value they said I owed, so it should have been zero, BUT no we luv tax collected the money , which meant I had to pay Hmrc in order to not get additional fines, ended up costing me £130
The reply says they have contacted me , they have NOT.
