Good service but I have to agree with…
Good service but I have to agree with the majority of reviews that the fee prices were high. I believe they were higher than Gladstone who had done all the preliminary work so successfully.

Thank you for the positive review, in regards fees charges, we work hard to keep our fees as low as possible and have opted for a No win, No Fee structure which means if we are unsuccessful with the case, we do not charge for our services regardless of any work that we have undertaken.
If we are successful, our fees are 35% +VAT. We keep our PPI Tax refund service fees as simple as possible and do not change a minimum, so 35%+VAT is always the maximum fee on our PPI tax refund cases. Typically, our fees are significantly lower than a structure that charges at an hourly rate. Our customers also benefit from no upfront fees and if we are unsuccessful in recovering a PPI Tax rebate, they pay nothing at all.

Terrible company
Have emailed them at the email address provided,countless times, plus the helpline email to claim my refund from HMRC. They keep messaging me to say they have not heard from me.
I have tried to call, and phone cuts off each time. They are now telling me after months of me trying to communicate with them, that I have 14 days to reply, or they will give my refund to charity. Yeah, I'm sure you will! I am so frustrated with this company, I feel like this is just a con. Don't know how they get 5 star reviews, unless they are all fake too!

I put a claim in for my PPI tax in January 2023 after Gladstone Brooks put me on touch with them and I am still waiting, hardly no communication, I have had to chase them every step of the way and they never give me any info, just get replies saying it is taking longer than 12 weeks!! Starting to think this is a con....

Insisted on giving them my bank account…
Insisted on giving them my bank account details. Tried calling them no answer , tried the link supplied which turned out to be a company called Elavon spoke with somebody there and they had no idea what I was talkng about .
I'm very suspicious of the 5* reviews as their doesn't seem to be anyway to contact this company and no clear method of payment except to give your bank details . No offer of a cheque . I would tread carefully anyone considering using this company as I personally through my dealings believe it to be a scam .

Terrible communication
Terrible communication, unable to get through to their numbers and took an age to file the claim. But at least it was only a measly 30% fee. Sarcasm by the way.

Even one star is too much
Even one star is too much! We ended up paying them twice and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me! HMRC paid us direct so we paid pocket tax there commission and then HMRC took back the payment out of my wages and now pocket tax contacted us as HMRC finally paid them but they have taken there commission and paid us the remainder so indefinitely we paid them twice! Please sort this out
