Order came before expected date which was great. Item was as described with no issues

Fantastic products and excellent service! This is my second We R Sports kettlebell and won't be my last.

I initially gave this company a 5 star review based on their initial response to me however, they have let me down badly.

I asked them to send me a replacement nut and spring washer for my cross trainer which they initially seemed keen to do however, 7 days later, still no spare parts.

After a series of emails back and forth, they now say that they thought I was after a warranty claim and say I need to buy the parts.

I am ok with this and have no difficulty paying for parts, but to add insult to injury, they want £15 plus postage and can't even get the parts description right, even though I have given a clear reference on the parts diagram.

I am hugely disappointed with the staff at this company. They seem unable to read simple emails and they have led me down the garden path waiting days for parts which they never intended to send me.

I initially thanked Ashley and Amber - I now take that back. Come on We R Sports, sort this out!

Delivered my order as they said,exceptionally pleased with everything,the product is exactly what I needed for basic training at home,if I had wanted something to a gym standard I would have spent more,very pleased with the bench.There is some slight movement where things pivot but I engineered this out with some plastic washers,but this was my own personal choice, the bench was more than adequate for what I required.Good overhaul product very please better than other products at an higher price sold by some high street retailers.

The cycling machine seems alright just a little challenging fixing and it feel a bit wobbly

I bought a 2 in 1 cross trainer which had a couple of missing parts (seat fixtures) and the stats console wasn't working - emailed the c/s and within 48 hours the replacement parts were sent and problem solved. Great value and customer service brilliant.

Ordered a two in one cross trainer, aftersales service has been fantastic initially had issues with flywheel received instructions to remedy unfortunately did not work trainer was replaced with no issues.
