Flimsy equipment and bad customer service
I bought a cross trainer machine which arrived with a crack in one of the sides as well as a missing screw. We could still assemble it though. However, it was so flimsy, a waste of money. I asked to refund it and I've been emailing everyday and waiting for about 10 days. When they reply to emails they ask for odd things like sending them photos of the box from various sides and so on. I've complied and confirmed the time I'm available for pickup but they ignore the emails after I've sent them everything they need. They are thieves until proven otherwise. don't buy from them.
Will edit if they actually do come to pick up their flimsy equipment.
They have responded now but told me the pickup will be today without informing me beforehand. How will I know to be available for the pick up if I wasn't informed.

Where do I start with this company…
Where do I start with this company absolute disgrace.
I have been looking for a max lift power machine on the website for some time which was out of stock at £2,995 and once it finally came in it went up to £4300 as it was total lockdown and I wanted this machine as it was the only one that would fit in the garage it had to go in i’ve put it on the chin and paid the full amount.
What is I finally got the machine set up there was a few questions that I had to ask which started off reasonably well with a guy called Ashly very helpful but to be honest the conversation did go on for some two or three months with no real outcome to some problems with the machine. That aside one of the queries was with the centre pulley cables which have cups on them by the ball they catch on one of the bolts which caused a major damage to the cables from new. I remove the cups but unfortunately the cables of already been damaged which Ashley promised to send me out two replacements once we have got to the bottom of the other queries. However I never spoke to Ashly again and this was now taken over mainly by a lady called Amber who tried your best though supposed to answer some of the questions that seem like some of them were being fobbed off as the cables seem to be too long and the pulley wheels were catching at the back of the machine due to poor design. After now going on for six months I’m starting to get a little tired of trying to get to the bottom of my final queries so I asked her to send out the two pulley cables as promised by Ashley some months or more ago which she agreed to do I received one. I sent Amber a few messages by email and she assured me that there was only one been sent out I then returned an email which I had from Ashley previous stating on there the proof that Ashley promised to send me out two. No my emails are being ignored and they’re not keeping to their word. Have my money like previous reviews I see saying and they’re not really caring after that customer service is non-existent I would never say.
I would also like to add that when I started trying to get in contact with this company it was proving difficult I had a slip of paper in with the instructions for this machine with any queries or maintenance to call this number. This number I probably cord some 20 to 30 times with no reply. Where is the emails that started I did asked did I have the right number or was it a printing error. The reply in the email was saying that this number is never answered or not in use so why oh why is that number even presented to a customer. I am still waiting for a reply from this company to replace the 40 cable which they agreed to do some 4 or 5 months ago so I can finally draw a line under this poor experience looks like I might be having to get my hand in my pocket again to replace something that should be replaced by this company which never did.
Hope other customers looking to use this company find this review helpful and please bear in mind before purchasing.

I bought a rowing machine 2 months ago. After 1 month of used, 2 of the rollers under the seat became loosened. So I emailed the customer service,and I received their respond so quickly that they will send me 2 new rollers. They handled problems efficiently.

Customer service good but computer reliability not
Bought a spin bike about a year and a half ago. First computer lasted about 2 months company replaced it and It worked well for just over a year.....It developed the same error as the first computer some numbers lost part of the display .Customer service good for purchasing replacement computer at £30. I give 5 stars for this but 1 star for reliability for a fundamental part of the spin bike disappointed.

I recently acquired a second hand RevXtreme S1000 exercise bike but unfortunately the monitor was broken. I searched online to try and find a replacement but to no avail so I emailed We R Sports to see if they sold replacement monitors. I received a prompt reply saying that they would make enquiries and get back to me. The following day, I was told they had ordered some and would let me know when available. The day after that i was updated again and told they had been received and were now on their website to order. Order placed and the monitor arrived the next day. Absolutely fantastic service from We R Sports, specifically Amber and Ashley who dealt with my enquiry so promptly and kept me updated. Would highly recommend this company.

"Possible criminal breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act (2015)"
I purchased a leg extension / ham curl from We R Sports during lockdown. After apx 9 months part of it broke. The part was sent back to We R Sports and fixed, but after apx 4 months, it broke again. We R Sports stated that as the problem occurred after the 12 month warranty, then they were under no obligation to fix / replace. However, under UK Consumer Rights Act (2015), irrespective of the warranty, for 6 years after purchase, products need to be fit for purpose - using a machine, once a week for 13 months with it breaking twice does not constitute being fit for purpose. I have contacted eBay who will look into how and We R Sports operate and also consumer.advice.org.uk as they stated that there is a "possible criminal breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act (2015)". My advise would be to give We R Sports a miss
