Great service from WE R SPORTS.
After pondering if to buy a spin bike on line I decided to use these guys. I needn’t have worried as my bike turned up within 2 days of me ordering. I ordered the revxtreme s1000. It was really well packed and easy to assemble. Also the quality of this bike was more than I could of hoped for. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you 🚴

Purchased a 5.5ft FlexBar 1" Barbell Bar with SpinLock Collars. I was concerned that it may not be right for my squatrack - WeRSports were really helpful, although hey couldn't confirm dimensions they sent the bar out and provided a paid return label so I could return if it didn't fit.
The bar is just what I need and works perfectly. Impressed with the quick delivery and the support from WeRSports.

Item was on good offer, delivered next day and works perfectly (so far!) o my complaint and the reason it is not 5 stars is the instructions were very poor, parts were barley identifiable and not labelled well.

These people are fantastic. I bought my cross trainer from them in May 21 and was immensely pleased with it right from day one. Absolute value for money. I have used it almost every day since I bought it and feel fitter (and thinner) already.
A week ago, the tension belt failed on me. I contacted them asking how I could buy a replacement. They quickly found one and sent it to me by next day delivery (at no cost to me for either the belt or postage) and also sent me a link to a YouTube video showing me how to replace it. As it happened, I didn't need the video it as it was straight forward. I fitted the new belt in just over 10 minutes and was back up and running (literally!).
Can't thank them enough for sorting this out so quickly, efficiently and kindly. This is customer service done properly. Can't rate them highly enough.

I am very pleased with We R Sport service, either by delivering the item or the package of the item itself.
The Cross Training machine that I have bought arrived after the next day, before the estimated date. The item was in a excellent package and reached safely with all instructions and tools.
Delivery man was very kind and he parked the van on a safe place on road, very polite and friendly person.
Highly recommend buying from We R Sport and enjoy the sport abs workout at home

Quality of the equipment is excellent and brilliant for beginners. Fairly easy to assemble too and very fast delivery. Very happy.

I needed a replacement part for my 8 year old rowing machine.
Sent an email on Monday, got reply asking for more info which I provided and ordered and received the new part Wednesday!

Excellent, speedy delivery of my dumbbells and I was kept informed of the process every step of the way

I ordered an assault bike on Thursday and was sent an email saying delivery was "all day" on Friday, and if I missed the delivery I would have to pay a re-delivery charge. I stayed in.......but no delivery and no contact.
It is Sunday now and We R Sports are asking for a review, but I still have no bike and no idea when to expect it But I expect I will have to wait in all day again. Cannot say I am happy at this.

After buying a We R Sports fold up exercise bike second hand, I realised it didn’t have a calorie monitor.

I contacted the customer service help email (admittedly thinking it would be a bit of a long shot given I hadn’t bought directly and the bike is now 3 years old) and I feel obliged to leave a review after been blown away by the helpfulness of the customer service team.

I’ve never experienced customer service like it. Such responsive & attentive people who have gone above and beyond to help me remedy a few issues with the bike (which were created by the previous owner) & they have managed to resolve my main reason of contact plus give useful advice for the parts they couldn’t help with directly.

I will be using this company for all exercise purchases going forwards, great service & products at reasonable prices.

First time buying with We R Sports and I can’t fault them. Ordered a rowing machine Thursday evening and the product was with me Saturday morning, all very well wrap .. over all so very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Ordered my cross trainer on 5th July it arrived on the 7th July. But was the wrong colour my computer error. I phoned R Sports. & they where brilliant very professional
understanding helpful they arrange an exchange. Drop of & pick up at the same time. Was all done in less than a week. so impressed I now have the cross trainer up & running. It’s great value for money. Also features a monitor that comes with it gives time, speed, distance, & calories burned. So impressed I have recommend to my friends. Thank you R Sport for great product & brilliant service second to none thank you A+++++

Great company to deal with. I purchased their rowing machine, arrived on time, after one use my daughter broke the computer. The client posted out a replacement FOC within 24 hours, truly excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

This company is dreadful. We ordered a bike and when it came it was faulty. Trying to get hold of them is an absolute nightmare, they have disconnected their phone so you cannot speak to anyone.. We have been trying now for over 2 weeks to send this back. Initially they wanted us to repair the bike, we said no to that as it requires tools we did not have, then they wanted to collect it, repair it and then send it back. We said no to that as well, we we don't have to accept a repair on a faulty bike.

They just do not respond to emails, we have had to open a dispute with paypal as fortunately we paid through them. We arranged on the Monday for them to come and collect the bike on the Wednesday and this has gone ignored and no-one came to collect it... They have not replied, and they have not organised a collection.

This company does threaten you with keeping 15% of the cost of the item should you send it back and the box is damaged!! They also threaten with an additional cost if you are not there when they come to collect.. It is ok for them not to show though.. They also deliver on a pallet which the driver refuses to take back leaving you with a huge pallet to get rid of..

Go elsewhere, they are terrible to deal with, and the customer service is so apathetic I am surprised they manage to send out orders..

This company is good at selling you new machines but doesn’t want to know when you need a simple part.
We needed a replacement rubber cord for our rowing machine but they told us they would need to replace the whole rowing mechanism which would cost almost as much as a new machine!
So we would be better buying a new machine at around £200.
We have just ordered the part on the internet for £16.99
So beware customer service and the repair service is not good, it also took them over a month and many emails for them to tell me this and you can’t phone them as they have disabled their telephone number

Ordered a rowing machine and exercise bike. Love them both, definitely good enough for at home, better than expected to be honest. Well worth the money, didn't buy the most expensive either. Delivery was really quick too so thank you!

Great service. Ordered exercise bike on Sunday afternoon & was delivered Tuesday morning. Great price & very pleased with how everything went. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was that communication re order progress could be improved. Having said that, very pleased with everything.

I would give no stars...Do not use this company, poor products and terrible service.
I will be taking legal action out of principal.
