I ordered €200 worth of equipment from We R Sports three weeks before Christmas as a gift for my son. By 25th December the order had still not arrived, despite many distressed emails being returned to me with reassuring replies. Now, on the 28th December, the order has still not arrived and I have just received an email saying that it 'will not be delivered until further notice'. This response came without any form of apology whatsoever or provision of a future discount. I have now had to cancel the order and buy from a reliable website, meaning my son has gone without a Christmas present this year. Considering the astonishingly bad customer service and dreadful delivery wait, We R Sports is definitely one to stay away from. I will never be ordering from this company again and I would strongly advise you not to, unless you are willing to wait indefinitely (possibly months) for your order.

Ordered two trampoline nets on the 6/4/2020 10foot 6 poles I received 10foot 8 poles, contacted WER sports & agreed to send them back, I paid almost £19 to ship back, received a refund 2/6/2020 for the goods only, no shipping cost refunded, contacted Amazon Customer Service who intervened and said the mistake was made by the seller & they have to cover the return costs, which has now been resolved by Amazon not WER sports.
Stay away from this amateur outfit as they seem only able to take money & sell goods but when there is a problem they absolutely do not want to know.

Ordered a rowing machine it was delivered the next day, sturdy machine does the job! Happy with my purchase!

Well where do I start with my experience, I purchased an exercise bike as I am currently on lockdown and can’t go out so needed something to keep my active. So I bought one it came within 48hrs which I thought this is pretty good considering the lockdown measures that were in place last month. So I set it up was all working perfect for a whole week then suddenly an error message came up on the screen saying E1 so when I contacted them they told me to make sure the cables from the front post were connected which they were I can assure you. So I kept contacting them through eBay where I made the purchase and kept getting no response so I decided to start a return through eBay as item defective then finally they messaged me and all I kept getting from them was you’ll need to make sure it’s packaged up properly or we’ll take a percentage off your refund etc etc no apology for the item being faulty. So a collection was arranged on Monday for it to be picked up on Wednesday courier never showed up and they told me it was a system error so now I’ve opened a claim on eBay I’ve had enough of them they are money grabbing scumbags if eBay can’t give me a refund I’ll be taking legal advice regarding this. So don’t ever buy anything from this so called company.

Do not purchase from this company. Delivered spin bike, broken and unusable on arrival. Phone number disabled. No reply to email, Facebook message, twitter message, Instagram message. Told over a month ago via the only email ever received part in post. No sign of if . AVOID. AVOID. I would give zero stars if I could
