Perfect bespoke replacement window
A bespoke replacement window for Wiveliscombe Community Centre. Perfect for the Centre needs - attractive and energy efficient, replacing an old Georgian style metal frame window which was not weathertight. The replacement was challenging due to the large size and height of the window, but the installation was completed very professionally and efficiently, with no further work required. A much needed upgrade, and at short notice, thank you.

Great service fitters excellent attention to detail...
Our experience with Westcountry windows has been great! We had a conservatory replaced and front door and upstairs window fitted. All of the members of staff were great but special thanks to our fitters Andy and Mike whose attention to detail in their work was excellent and genuinely great guys as well.

Two Windows Replaced
When we needed a couple of windows replaced, we looked around for a local company which manufactured their own.
Following a visit from James who was happy to answer our queries, we accepted their quotation. We asked if the windows could be fitted before Christmas, they didn't disappoint.
The fitters came today as arranged and did a thoroughly professional job. The workmanship is outstanding and they were professional and friendly throughout, sustained by coffee and cake which we were happy to supply! Their demeanour really stood out to us - in particular we didn't hear a single swear word and we didn't have to put up with a radio blaring in the house. We are not prudes but these small details make a big difference as they show respect for the customer and an appreciation that they are in somebody's home.
We cannot comment on the performance of the windows yet as that needs time, but they certainly look solid and high quality.
Based on our experience to date, I thoroughly recommend West Country Windows.

Outstanding (Twice)
This is the second time we have been to West Country Windows. In both instances for new doors. The first time took us back for the second. In both instances the service has been impecable, delivered willingly and the whole team buys into the concept. Spencer doing the quotation, Dale the deliveries and Colin the instalation. The back room team of administration and manufacture were equally impressive.Delivered on time to quality and fitted with the minimum of fuss considering we had to be away and leave them to it. They arrived to set up the day before and explain what was happening Outstanding service and company. The occupant is as happy as Larry with the brighter, draught free cottage.

They Advised us which windows they would be doing and cleaned up after each room completed
We had 8 windows and French doors all replaced this was done within 3 days
They are manufactured really well and already we have no drafts and more soundproofing

Good workmanship by West Company Windows
Adrian and Joe arrived on time on the day arranged.They were very polite and friendly and cleaned up after they had done the job. We had a new bathroom window and a bedroom one replaced and already can feel the difference in the Bungalow. Adrian also very kindly adjusted our front door which was fitted badly by a company unknown to us by the previous owner. We have just moved into our new home and will need more work doing in the future and will not hesitate to use West Country Window again!

Expert craftsmen and product
Expert craftsmen and product. Very clean and tidy and the installation looks fantastic. They found out that the previous company who had installed the original front door and window just gave up trying to drill into the concrete lintels and so just held it up with lots of UPVC surrounds. Westcountry Windows did the proper job which was brilliant. They have now replaced all of our widows, outer doors inner porch door and widows and built us a fantastic conservatory. Quite simply we would not use anyone else.

Professional, considerate installer, a great job and a great product!
I have to admit we were concerned about how much disruption was going to take place during installation (2 doors, 4 windows) but in the event, Colin the installer was absolutely brilliant, professional, friendly and checking every step of the way that we were ok, as well as managing removal of the very old windows without mess and taking great care of our home. The new doors and windows have transformed our house, it looks brighter, is more secure and at last is draft free! I am very glad we opted to go with West Country Windows!
