West Country Windows replaced all my old windows with fabulous new ones. Customer service has been excellent from the first home visit with Spencer to completion. The fitters came at a time that worked for me, were kind, friendly and very helpful. They were very efficient, tidy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. This is the third time I've used West Country Windows and each time I've been pleased with the service provided by all members of staff. The salesman is very knowledgeable not pushy and gave us a good value deal. The fitters are excellent arriving on time and leaving the house clean and tidy after doing a hard days work. West Country Windows replaced my windows and doors on my garden room this month. The entire experience from the home visit and choosing the product to fitting was very professional. I chose a wood effect which I am extremely pleased with. West Country Windows have a very good reputation which was why I chose them rather than other companies I had quotes from and highly recommend them.

I cannot fault West Country Windows
I cannot fault West Country Windows. This is not the first time we have used this company and had no hesitation in using them again. Lee and Aiden turned up on time and installed our two remaining windows. I must say they were not the easiest of windows to replace but they did a magnificent job and kept smiling. We are really impressed with the workmanship as before. This time they had to install a cat flap, again work done to a high standard. We will always recommend West Country Windows.

Efficient and attentive
Our experience throughout has been spot on. The work to replace our conservatory roof got scheduled earlier than expected which was brilliant, and despite the awful weather was completed within the timescales expected and with minimal mess. Everyone we have dealt with at West Country windows has been absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable, and certainly more attentive than other providers we approached for quotations.
Will definitely be contacting them first for any future projects.

Very much a can do approach
From Spencer's ( sales director) visit with his friendly non- pushy approach via the helpful office folk to Lee the installer a very positive experience. The products are made locally and to customers exact requirements.
We have used this company before and would not bother getting a quote from anyone else.

Great company for manufacture and fitting
We decided to have a new bay window and porch to replace existing. We wanted a local company who actually make their own. Having done our research, we settled on West Country Windows. From the outset we were impressed by their quality, and customer satisfaction. Andy and Mike fitted our windows within 5 weeks of order. They were courteous, helpful, on time and the cleanest tradesmen I have ever had on the premises. Spencer also visited on the first 2 days to ensure the job was going according to plan and to make sure that we were happy with everything. The finish is very smart and we are already noticing the noise reduction as we live on a main road. I'm sure our heat retention has also improved. Great experience, great company. Would use again in future and definitely recommend. Thank you.

West Country Windows replaced two large windows and installed cladding at the front of my bungalow. Communication from West Country Windows was first class. They came promptly on the installation date promised and the work was first class - the fitter Colin was a skilful worker who took pride in his work.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows, being very wary of tradesmen after having one local company, supply substandard windows and sent off site I contacted West Country Windows, they we’re professional in every step of the ordering, explaining each step from initial measuring to the install. The installation went extremely well considering I have an old house, took great care and cleaned up as they went, leaving very little to do afterwards. I’m so pleased there are still companies like this, who take great pride in the work they do.

Great Service
We had all our windows replaced on our home, the representative that provided our quote was very thorough and helpful in guiding when choosing our windows. The team that fitted the windows were professional and efficient. The windows are great quality and have made such a difference with keeping the house warmer. Never again.
Windows fitted in 2017 with a long warranty which was one of the reasons chosen. 2019 window internal hardware had pretty much rusted away. Rust from inside fitted bay window stained all sills. Front door hardwear pitted and ruined, I did specify hardware that would stand up to the weather and was assured it would be fine. Window handles all loose. Left multiple messages and emails. Nothing. Finally got a response 9 months later. Charming gentleman who explained the entire office had a good laugh at my messages, I really should have 'more of a clue' how windows work and that I'm clearly an idiot. He then told me photos of proof wouldn't be enough and he'd send someone round but it would cost me!
In the end we hired a guy who fixes double glazing. He pointed out the original fittings weren't fit for purpose and replaced them all for less than WCW wanted to charge to 'take a look'. So far no signs of rust! I take every opportunity to tell people to never use this company. They'll probably answer this with the standard, we can't find your details as they always do. Shame we can't attach photos.

New Window Installation
We have used West Country Windows on two occasions now, the latest being November/ December 25. On both occasions we have received a professional service, from registering an interest online, initial visit and survey, through to the fitting itself. On both occasions there were no issues with timekeeping; people arrived at the time specified. The workmanship of the fitters was excellent; they were always friendly, kept you informed and were professional. They took care with your property whilst in the house and did a great job. We were really happy with the quality of the product and service, hence why they were our first choice supplier when we wanted to replace further windows.
