Bungalow window and door replacement
We had all windows and doors of our bungalow replaced. The fitters were professional and courteous and worked very cleanly. We love the quality of the product. We did have a mark in the air gap side of window and there was no hesitation for West Country Windows in replacing the unit. I would recommend their product, their customer service, responsiveness and problem solving, all first rate

New front door and replacement units.
Had West Country Windows out to replace 3 old units and install a new front door. Tony came out with a good range of brochures, it was measured and made within a few weeks. Colin carried out the installation, he was a very experienced tradesman who did a first class job, tidy and efficient. This is the second time we have used West Country Windows, on both occasions have been happy with the service they provide.

Professional from the start
From our initial visit to the showroom to complete installation it has been a very professional process. Spencer came and gave us a quotation to replace all the windows, making suggestions on changing the design of some of the windows and the glass for en-suite and cloakroom. No pressure selling and an immediate quotation. Quentin came to do the technical measuring after which we were invited to the factory to see the manufacture of our windows. Very friendly team, happy to explain each process. Our fitters, Andy and Mike, arrived on time every day and were polite and friendly. Care was taken in each room with any mess hoovered up as they finished. Outside was kept clean and tidy with all rubbish removed from site during and after the installation. The look of our house has been transformed and we couldn't be happier. We are very pleased to recommend West Country Windows.

West Country Windows - 1st class service, again!
Once again we've had West Country Windows provide us with replacement windows, this time the downstairs back windows. Colin came and did an excellent job, installing them and returned to replace a pane that unfortunately cracked unexpectedly. We will have no hesitation in using them again when we move into our new house, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Superb Quality and Service
I am so happy with my new windows, French windows and front door. The house has been transformed.
The quality of the windows is superb and the customer service and friendly advice from Spencer was outstanding.
Marios who fitted the windows was courteous and kind and the quality of his work was so good.
I cannot fault a thing from start to finish and would definitely recommend West Country Windows.

I had a positive experience with the installation of my conservatory. West Country Windows were helpful and professional, from the initial visit to the installation. The people who constructed the conservatory were a pleasure to have working in my home - including the initial installers, plasterer, and electrician. Very pleased with the service from start to finish, and would use again.

The remit discussed with Spencer was to recreate a conservatory as similar as possible using modern materials to the old edwardian wooden one ... I think this has been done brilliantly.
The guys, Andy and Mike, who accomplished this task were professional, long serving and happy to put up with my constant queries!
Very happy with the end product because ,apart from the stained glass gable, it looks practically the same as the original.

From the initial quote and order process, right through to the installation everything was was handled very professionally and with great attention to detail meaning the windows we replaced are excellent quality and the installer took the time to ensure they were fitted properly with minimum fuss to us as we both work from home. New windows, good product
A hassle free experience from start to finish from west country, competitive price for a great product. Our fitter Colin who was not only a likeable chap, but also very experienced in his trade was a pleasure to deal with. Questions i had for him were answered with ease and understanding, and his attention to detail i could not fault. Kyle who came later was also a nice and polite lad, a big up to all the staff i dealt with at the establishment. The windows and patio door i had fitted were of a good quality too, have recommended this company to a couple of work colleagues already and will definitely use again for future projects.

Great service

All new windows and two doors
We had 15 windows,a French door and a new patio door that required some small building alterations all installed over five days. Everything went smoothly and a special thank you to the Somerset team Adrian and Joe for their hard work in sometimes extreme weather conditions.Very pleased with the results.

Replacement Conservatory, Garage Door, Window and Facias andsoffits capping.
We recently moved to a new property and decided to replace the existing conservatory, garage door and window as they were “past their sell by date”. We also decided to have all the Facias and Soffits capped with upvc to make them maintenance free.
We decided to call West Country Windows as they had replaced the windows, doors and bi-folds for the previous owners a couple of years ago and we were very pleased with the quality of these.
Spencer came out to see us, took all the details, sat down with a cup of tea and produced a quotation there and then, we were very impressed with this as we had expected him to go away and send us a quote later on.
With such a large project it was not without its problems, mainly due to staff sickness, however Darrell sorted this out to make the whole project run as smooth as possible.
Overall, we are very pleased with the final result and can recommend West Country Windows.

A very good experience from start to finish. Needed replacement panels on an existing conservatory. It transformed the look of an old worn out space to something fantastic.
