All Year Round Conservatory
We are now in the possession of a new conservatory that can be used all year round thanks to the insulated roof and underfloor heating. West Country Windows quote was very competitive and having had their windows installed in our house around 12 years ago we knew they delivered a quality product. The whole process was well managed with great workman who kept the site clean and tidy. We can now enjoy the beautiful views from our house all year round!!

Great window company
The whole process was easy. Spencer visited us and completely understood our needs and budget his knowledge gave us confidence in what we were ordering and this confidence continued throughout the whole process. Communication was great and it was always easy to get in touch with all members of the team. We got our purpose built windows and door fitted earlier than we had hoped and the team was respectful of our home. The after care has been great and all little snagging issues have been dealt with promptly and West Country Windows have checked that we are happy with the end product.

Very pleased with our experience with West Country Windows. The timescales were as promised, the fitters were excellent and mess and disruption was at a minimum. We are delighted with the end result which has transformed our house. We had 18 windows plus a patio door replaced in our 1930’s house.

Great window company
Had a great experience with West Country Windows right from the start. Honest price that was still competitive right fromt eh start. And Craig did a great job of fitting them. They left the ghouse neat and tidy every day before they left, and worked aorund us and our pets with no issues. Thoroughly recommend them.

New Conservatory Roof
We are really pleased with the new conservatory “Warmerroof” WCW fitted to our existing conservatory. It really has made the room useable during the mini heatwave we have been enjoying.
From the initial design consultation, to sales, installation and final handover, the whole process went smoothly. I consider myself to be a demanding customer with high expectations and the installation team really delivered in providing us with exactly what we wanted.

New front door
We had a replacement front door fitted. Due to the inclement weather the installation date was put back. I explained we had an appointment at midday but not an issue as Mike and Dave arrived at 0730. Installation was complete by 1100. More than happy with the installation. The workmen were conscientious and very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. The following day we had a knock on the door enquiring where we purchased the door. We were more than happy to let them know. We would definitely recommend West Country Windows.

Well worth a wait
We had 3 double glazed windows fitted to replace 3 windows which were 25 years old.The new windows are brilliant quality and well worth the approx 12 week wait.Andy and Mike carried out the work and were friendly, helpful and professional.After work was complete the area was left clean and tidy.

New Conservatory and Front door…
We were looking to refurb our 20+ year-old conservatory. We invited West country windows to quote for us.
Spencer came out to us and spent some time with us talking through our needs. He quoted us a great price to replace instead of refurbing which we accepted. We also accepted a great offer on a new front door.
Very soon afterwards, the fitters Mike and Andy did an excellent job of fitting the new conservatory and door. They were very professional throughout and also helpful and friendly.
Overall, very very pleased with our new purchases. Definitely recommend West Country Windows.

Westcountry windows fantastic experience.
After having Westcountry windows recommended by a friend we were absolutely delighted that the quote to install 11 windows and 2 doors was competitive and the quality of the windows was shown to us during the quote. Spencer spent time in getting all the windows correct and with the right configuration of how we wanted them to open. We had what could only be described as the best in the business turn up on the first day of install and worked through the whole house in a few days, Mike and Andy were punctual, clean and tidy workers always leaving the space they had been working in tidy before leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Westcountry Windows to anyone and would only use them going forward.

Very happy with West Country Windows.
Last year I replaced 10 year old windows and French doors on the ground floor. The quality of the product has been great so I returned a year later to replace all first floor windows.
Good response from the company from the first call onwards with a quote offered within a few days and installation agreed soon after.
The fitter, Colin, has been excellent throughout the installation, very professional and always respectful, clean and tidy.
Brilliant result, and so pleased to be able to highly recommend a local company with such excellent quality product and service.

Double Glazing Installation
West Country Windows have just finished an installation for us - 14 windows and 1 door. From our initial enquiry right through to the installation process, the company has efficiently and effectively communicated with us at every stage. Their quote was competitive and we are delighted with the products we chose. Andy and Mike (and Craig and Emilio on day one) were professional and courteous throughout the 6 day installation process and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Efficient and Reliable Company
Just moved into our new property and the first thing we needed to do was replace some windows. West Country Windows responded very quickly to my call. Signed up and had windows measured the same day. Asked for them as quickly as possible and in no time they were fitted.
Colin the window installer was excellent. Came on time , explained what he was doing, cleaned up and left no mess. Very respectful of our home while he was working.
So pleased with the result I've just ordered another window to replace an aging one in my property.
You can even see your windows being made if you want to . We popped into the factory and met some of the team.
We are very happy with our windows and doors , especially the ones fitted with acoustic glass, they really cut noise down.
Very happy with the service, it pays to buy local, definitely recommend.
