This company is the BIGGEST SCAM EVER
This company is the BIGGEST SCAM EVER! I like many others bought under the false pretense of expecting the description of the items and the pictures to actually be what I would receive when I opened my package! (What a strange concept, right!?) Pne of the items I ordered was described as having sequins, the pictures of the item had sequins and the name had the word sequin in it. What do you know, NO SEQUINS ANYWHERE, not one! Instead it was a cheap iron on interpretation of the colors of the sequins in the same pattern. The materials are clearly waaaaaay less quality than the pictures as well! After reaching out and having to send pictures back to the company… I was told I could only get a partial refund and or send the items back at my cost which was more than my order! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

The WORST website!! You should NEVER order from here!! I ordered a pair of “denim” pants for Valentine’s Day payed for express shipping. 2 months later my pants made of some silkish cheap material and was actually the worst and terribly made pants i have ever seen. Went to return them it cost me 50$ to return them. So i demand a refund and got $11.00 back even though i payed 70$ to get the pants. This is a scam please do not ever order from them. Fake fringe
Ordered what I thought was a beautiful green western shirt with fringe and when it arrived it has fake fringe printed on the shirt. My hubby I I laughed at this crap. Typical crap from China. Do not order from this company. I messaged them for a refund but I am not holding my breath.
Have not received my order
Edited: The pants finally came, weeks after should have arrived. I had paid the express shipping to have them for a Fat Tuesday party, but the party was looong past by the time I received the pants. They looked cool when I finally received them. I never bothered to try them on since I didn't need them anymore, so I'm not sure if the sizing is correct. The tracking never worked and I believe that them offering one is a complete scam. Do not trust "express" shipping as these are coming from China.

I had an outstanding shopping experience at Westernfeelings's online women's clothing store! Their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate. The collection of women's wear is incredibly diverse, ranging from cute and playful outfits to sophisticated and formal attire.
I purchased a blouse and a skirt. When they arrived, I was delighted to find that they looked even better in person. The colors were vibrant, and the fit was spot-on. The fabric feels luxurious against the skin and seems to be of excellent quality that will last.

I placed an order on January 22 for Valentine clothing. Today is February 25. My order says that the Valentine shirt has been shipped and priced me with a UsPS tracking number that reads “pending”. As far as the Valentine jeans ??? It reads “not sent yet”

Well it appears that I've gotten screwed and will be joining the ranks of all the other dissatisfied customers. I place an order on February 12, 2025. To date Monday, February 24, 2025, I've heard nothing from this company. I took the liberty in sending an email to them lodging my complaint, unsure if it it's a working email address or not. Now how accurate is this I don't know but they certainly do not list a telephone number for contact them. I was already getting the feel that I've been had and after reading the comments and complaints from other dissatisfied customers my feelings has served me correctly. Generally, I do my research before ordering from places unheard of, however, I did not on this one...to all other possible customers do not, I repeat do not place orders.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are not in the US therefore it’s difficult to hold them accountable. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my items to be delivered. I requested that they return my money because the items wouldn’t be delivered in time for the event. They lied and said it shipped but the tracking says a label was created. I am searching for some resolution. Buy local, never again!

Poor quality and misleading item descriptions
I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because their customer service has been pretty responsive. I've received 4 of the 7 items I've ordered so far and I'm not impressed AT ALL. Their item descriptions are misleading and the quality sucks! I ordered what was described as an embroidered sweatshirt and received what was the quality of a crappy long sleeve with a blurry image screenprinted. I also ordered a denim jumpsuit and what I've received is NO WHERE near denim, but at least it's the right color. 2 of the 4 jeans are "meh" at best. The waist is unproportioned to the legs (waist is small but legs are crazy long). This turned out to be useful for my tall daughter who has a small waist, but I bought them for me. One pair of jeans has stitching down the front and it was done terribly. You can see where they ran out of thread and where they started again (it's not seamless). I'll never make the mistake of ordering there again and will be sure to look up the reviews BEFORE I order from other places from now on.

TOTAL SCAM. Don’t buy. The photos look nothing like the products. I actually tried to return my items - paid $30 to send back to China. According to USPS, it’s delivered, but according to Western Feelings, they haven’t received it. So, I’m out the entire cost of my order + $30.
I tried to write a review on their site BUT THEY WON’T LET YOU LEAVE A REVIEW WHEN YOU TRY TO SUBMIT. I then tried to write something on their Facebook page, but you have to like the page for 24 hours before you can do that, giving them plenty of time to remove you. Going to try to file a complaint.
SCAM & Cyber Fraud
SCAM! not even a 1 star rating. I consider this a form of cyber crime.
The photographs of the product for this company on their website 100% misrepresent the actual design and quality of the products that you will receive. Do not purchase anything from this company.
I encourage anyone and everyone who has already purchased products to file a formal complaint about this company. If you used Paypal, file a formal complaint with Paypal. If you used American Express, file a formal complaint with them.
I am also going to file a complaint with the "FTC"
