Ordered a dress and got it damaged with a hole in it. I sent pictures and asked to exchange it and they offered 15% off of another purchase and said I'd have to pay international shipping to return. What kind of customer service is that? What a waste of money and time! These people don't even care to fix their own issue and make it right! All they want is MORE money! Never again

Tried to purchase an item via westernfeelings.com and within the website somehow I was redirected to a website Umentrue and I had no idea until I went back and tried to search for my item only to find out that it was purchased through a scam site called Umentrue. Do not buy!!!

Save your money! Cheap material and website is misleading! Spent over 130 dollars for garbage!

If zero stars were an option they would get zero stars. These dresses are expensive and this company will never send you confirmation of your order. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and just got one of the dresses and it’s the cheapest material I have ever seen in my life. This is a Chinese company masquerading as an American company do not order from them.

they have copyrighted images posted on their website and they will not remove them even after they have been notified. I see other people posting on their fakebook page that they are stealing their images as well. Another China website ripping people off. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Ordered 1 item. It showed as being with the shipper for 10 days. I contacted the company 2 times with no resolution. Finally contacted PayPal and reported company as a scam.

GIving them one star is even more than they deserve. The quality of clothing is a total joke, they say the jacket is denim and it cam made of cheap material that will not even keep you warm. The shirt I ordered was supposed to be cotton blend and it is more like a workout shirt material. DO NOT order from this company, I tried to get a refund and they offered me a 10% discount!! WHAT A JOKE

Huge scam!! What they show online vs what you get in real life is horrendous, not even close! I ordered a denim jacket and it’s literally made out of thin blue sheet fabric.. huge disappointment.. When I reached out for a return or refund they offered me $4 back and a future discount of 15%, when I disagreed they ghosted me.. Never order from here, save your money. Run!!

Very poor shipping. Orders are not complete.

Placed two orders on the same day December 2nd. Orders arrived the 18-26 of December but they are not the items in the ads. The material is of the poorest quality and as stated by everyone else, when I asked to return the items, I was given a Chinese return address. It would cost $75 to return a $129 order of which I'm sure they would have taken out a handling fee which leaves me with not much of my money back if any.

If I could give this company no stars I would. My daughter purchased a pair of pants, she got them in a timely manner from CALIFORNIA! She tries them on, the material is itchy actually gave her hives after wearing them for a few moments. The quality is very misrepresented on their website, so we emailed the website back, low and behold cannot ship them back to the states where they came from, no we have to ship back to CHINA! What a freakin scam and a bunch of crap. This “business” needs to be shut down for the BS they claim is worthy of someone purchasing.

This is got to be one of the worst places I have ever done business with. I ordered stuff on November 8, December 18. I’m still waiting for it do yourself a favor and find another boutique.

Horrible, awful company! I would have never ordered from them had I known that they were just another cheap Chinese rip-off company that posts photos of clothes and then sends rip offs of rip offs. Worst quality and completely misrepresented! The items are look alikes of what was online. They are not WHAT was online! I am trying to get my money back and so far, Paypal is requiring I send this stuff back on my dime. It would cost over $80 to send this junk back! Do NOT order from this site!!! Spare yourself.

This site is a complete scam. They steal photos from legit western stores and send cheap knock off items back. Shipping takes months to even receive an item! They won't provide return labels or refunds even though their images and descriptions of items compared to what they send are completely fraudulent. Do NOT use this company.

I ordered a cute denim dress- took a long time to come- when it arrived I tried it in- sleeves were so long could fit a man- the bodice was so wid it was an XXL- when I wrote for return they stated that I had to return to China- the package I received came from New Jersey- BAIT and SWITCH company

Saw a dress they were selling on TikTok so I decided to go ahead and buy a few things, the quality is ABSOLUTE trash!!!! Material is scratchy/itchy, very thin, and extremely cheap looking.

Not accurate to measurement chart either. As for the refund policy, you have to request to return and item, and just because the the item doesn’t fit apparently that’s not a good enough reason to make a return. This is my mistake, I should have read the return policy before ordering. Would have been a red flag for me immediately.

I was shipped 3 items and one of my items was supposed to be a distressed body suit. It was black, just plain black… wth. I email the company and they make sure to start off with “I’m sorry” followed by “per our return policy, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back. Shipping is expensive due to it being international”. As much as I do understand, and it sucks, the company flat out didn’t sent me the item I paid for. They also offered me 10% back on the item without returning ($30 shirt - thanks for my $3???) or 15% off my next order. Um.. I will not be ordering anything from this place again.

I got burned on this one, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on these rags they call clothes. 🤦‍♀️Terrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Placed order on July 1st and paid for expedited shipping (5-7 "working" days). Order was not received by time promised (I took in consideration the holiday so alloted extra time). I emailed the company and keep getting responses asking me to give them another 5 days. I told them I had planned on wearing the dress to an event and did not have the extra 5 days and since my order was showing it had not shipped they could just cancel it. They are refusing to cancel my order or refund my expedited shipping and just keep asking me to give them 5 more days. I will be contacting my card company to dispute the transaction!!

Western Feelings has issued a refund for the expedited shipping.... we shall see how long it takes to get my order.

Takes really long to receive product. I still haven't received it and I ordered about 3 weeks ago and paid express shipping. Never ordering again.
