If I could give zero stars I would.I placed an order that was never filled and money not returned. This is a fraud site buyer beware.

I wish I had read the awful reviews about this company before I was stupid enough to order from them. If I could give them a double zero rating I would. I ordered five "sweatshirts," that were all listed as being a "cotton blend." When I received these shirts, they were all this shiny ugly material that has absolutely NO cotton in them, and they were all two sizes smaller than what I had ordered. When I sent them an email that they said to do for a return, I got no response at all to three emails. I ended up contacting PayPal to open a dispute. This company offered me a 50 percent refund if I would keep the shirts, and I refused. I had paid $145 total. PayPal has said they resolved our dispute because the company is offering a 100 percent refund, but I have to pay to send them back. It's going to cost me $100 to send them back, and this company knows this, and that's all part of their scam. They know that no one is going to pay that,. PayPal is complicit in their scam by continuing to offer PayPal as a payment method after they have received so many complaints about this company. These people are thieves, and the items they are sending out are nothing awful and nothing like as advertised. You've been warned!!

Cheaply made. Material is like a shower curtain. Falsely advertised as a sweatshirt. Don't do it. Not worth shipping back.

I received to sweatshirts today. What a disappointment! The material looks cheap and feels thin.

I ordered two shirts size small, one for me and one for my sister for Christmas. When I received them, I realized the small would not fit my sister and asked them if I I could return it and get a larger one. We went back and forth about that. They offered to give me $2 and 20% off my next purchase and me keep the shirt. I told them again I didn’t need to keep it, it was too small. Finally they said I could return it and gave me the address in China and I would have to pay the shipping of $2 - $60 to China!!! Then we got our credit card bill and we had been double charged! We have disputed the charge! Then we got another shipment of two more shirts!!!! When I emailed Western Feelings, they said I placed two orders and showed a second order #!!!! I have all of my emails from the time I ordered from them and the only order # is 00099463! This company is terrible and should not be in business in the United States. If this is not resolved, we will report this company to the Better Business Bureau!

I placed my order Sept 5th and now when I track the order, it tells me that my order is in their Pontiac, Michigan Distribution Center. Due to Unpaid postage, item will not be delivered. I sent an email along with a copy of the my invoice and a screen shot of the delivery message.

I would give a zero if system would allow me to. DO NOT order from this company. It is a SCAM!!!! They fraudulently advertise nice, cute clothing then ship you some cheap, horribly made knock-off. It costs as much if not more to ship it back. They are so cheap I would be embarrassed to wear. Now I'm stuck with awful clothing and out $96.

If I could put a zero then i definitely would. This place is a scam I ordered a sweatshirt and it came, but it wasn't a sweatshirt it was made out if cheap dry fit material and was 2 sizes smaller than what i order and on top of that wasn't even what I ordered. This place is a scam and will not refund my money and only sends shady emails. Don't waste your time ridiculous 😒

This company is a scam - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Tried to return part of my order and they gave me an address in China and postage was $75 to return a $30 item. They only communicate via email, will not compensate for return shipping, and the clothing is cheaply made.....steer clear, you've been warned

If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered from them on September 29th. On the 30th of September I realized it was coming from China. I sent the company a message and told them I needed it by the 10th of October as I paid for expedited delivery and if it would not be here I needed to cancel my order and wanted a refund. Never heard from them. Sent another message on October 4th. Still no response so I expedited my complaint with PayPal. PayPal said it would take 5 days. Needless to say PayPal didn’t stand behind me (the customer) and closed the complaint because the company told them I received the item on October 15. PayPal didn’t even respond until October 15 when they closed the dispute. If PayPal would have done their job, they would have seen my emails and stood behind customer. I told the company and PayPal I didn’t need it if I would not have it by the 10th. Never a response from the company but I received it on October 15. The item is cheap and tacky. Do not buy from this company. Also beware of PayPal because they don’t stand behind you either.

Knock off products that come from china. After slow shipping, I looked up the sellers. I opened up a PayPal case to get refunded before shipping, and westernfeelings wanted me to close my case before they refunded it. Absolutely not. Total scam. Everyone online has had issues with them not responding and also sending knock off products, sometimes not sending some at all.

Took forever to arrive, and when it finally did it was really disappointing. The dress I ordered looks nothing like it was advertised. Extremely thin, cheap material and poorly made. The stuff on their website looks really cute, but the actual products are crappy. Requested a return, but have to pay return shipping. What a hassle! I would not recommend this company.

Purchased a cute velvet bodysuit. It was a little pricey, but I loved it. I made the order, the tracking numbers never worked. It took days to get a response from customer service. And it took almost a month for delivery. The quality is ok. The sizes ran big (on this particular item) i didn't bother with trying to get s refund or another in a smaller size as I wanted it for a specific event and the new one would not have arrived in time. Needless to say, I won't buy from this company again even though there stuff looks super cute.

Takes over a month to ship overpriced GARBAGE. The cheapest thinnest material with the cheapest zippers and buttons - product barely resembles the pictures on the website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY they don’t pay for returns and international shipping fees are expensive so you either get a laughable 10% return with a coupon (as if anyone would want more product from them after seeing how crap it is!!) or lose out on half your product price. Ridiculous and trash.

Order 2 dresses and paid expedited shipping, it has been two weeks and I still haven’t received my order that I will no longr need. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. Very disappointed of this shop.

The products look nothing like what I ordered and some stuff never even came in. I reached out to return and get refunds and I only got refunded for what they didn’t send and never heard back about returns. Absolutely horrible company I wish I would have read the reviews first because wow what a waste of money!

Never even recieved any of the dresses boots etc... no type of communication or anything... this company is trash...take your money and give you nothing

This company actually gets a ZER STAR!!! They're very deceiving. They know exactly what they're doing when selling their items because if the purchase is not satisfactory there's no way to return it without having to pay more than what the purchase was for. I bought a pair of boots that were $113 in size 6.5. Because the boots are plastic and very cheaply made they're almost 2 sizes bigger. I can't even resell these for $20. I asked for a refund, but they wanted the item back. I attempted to return the items, but it would have cost me $71 through the cheapest method at USPS. I asked the seller for a $75 refund and they refused and only offered a 20% voucher/refund. I don't want no voucher because I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I'm sick of these people taking advantage of us and deceiving people out their money. They actually should be banned from selling here or we really need to take a stand and stop buying from overseas!!
