Gave them my reg. number for a alternator. They insisted it was the correct alternator.... NO !!. Sent it back and have been waiting 4 weeks for a refund. They told me the person that deals with accounts had " gone home ". Phoned the next day and was told the refund was " on their system ". GREAT !! But that is not a refund. Ring you're bank. Ask for a " Chargeback ". They will contact this companies bank and get you a refund. Got a refund... eventually. You have been warned !!

Unfortunately it seems with the information we had, the vehicle look up system identified the required part incorrectly, and we apologise for this.
However, please bear in mind that during the period of the return, we did have bank holidays, which meant that the return took longer to process than usual.
When you were informed over the phone that the return was on our system and going through, we were then in the hands of the bank/card issuers timeframe as to when the money would show back to your account, and we have no control over this.

Highly recommended! 5 stars isn't enough. I needed a new alternator and received an unbeatable quote. The customer service was excellent, I paid over the phone and was told it would be shipped the same day by DHL. The following day, I received a top quality new product. I found West Lancs Auto Electrics through a Google search and what a good result it was.
I was assisted in finding the correct part for my particular car (Jaguar XF) and had it delivered within 24hrs of ordering.
This is an extremely helpful company that went out of their way to help. I would 100% reccommend.

I did google search and found west lancs , I used car reg and part number from alternator to find correct alternator . I rang and dealt with Dave who was helpful and my alternator arrived in couple days with 18m guarantee if need it. Thanks ! Top service
