Looking for an alternator for my boat. These folks managed to sort it out for a 40 year old engine without batting an eye. When it came it had an extra lead. I phoned and was explained it was in case a tachometer was fitted. Really helpful, really knowledgeable and great service. I’d thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service, my starter had a different body so the numbers did not match my vehicle. They picked up on it straight away and sorted me with the correct starter. Could have been a nightmare but turned out good take to these people.

Great customer service and price. You don't often get both together but you do with West Lancs Auto Electrics. Emails were answered promptly and a phone call to check followed by prompt delivery. I've yet to fit my alternator but it is identical to my old one so I'm not foreseeing any problems.

Searched online and found westlancsautoelectrics I was looking for replacement altinator, I emailed make, model and year of car. They phoned me back with 2 options new or refurbished. Both carried 18 months warranty, I chose the refurbished one and it was delivered next day. Works a treat and prices were very good helluva lot cheaper than others, also they organised return of old unit. Pleasant to speak to and really helpful, I would definitely recommend this company..
