I've had a Renault Traffic Black Edition on contract hire with Westwood Motors for the last three years and I'm now in the process of buying her.
Unfortunately she broke down with a faulty fuel pump which fortunately has now been replaced by Renault under the warranty (although it was on back order for over a month) I'd like to recognise one member of the team at Westwood, Cathy! who has gone above and beyond for me throughout the process, even taking time out to help on her day off and whilst on annual leave, I really can't thank her enough, what an amazing lady and truly a credit to Westwood Motors,I hope whomever reads this gives Cathy the recognition she deserves.
If it wasn't for her I most likely wouldn't now be buying my van.

Anyone working in the logistics industry or van rental industry knows that this time of year is silly season. Anyone who accepts loads more work this close to PEAK without vans is daft, Am that daft person.
Westwoods we have used on and Off for years and this year grew our relationship, however we have asked and asked again and again for them to find us more and more vans at a time when there isnt any.
They have pulled it out the bag and helped us continue our growth. Bethan is not only a massive help but would be a real asset to any company and when asked the impossible not only makes it happen but also goes further than asked all this whilst keeping her positive, happy and friendly personality at the forefront of it all.
I hope this is a working relationship we can keep on growing over years to go

Brilliant experience renting a van from Westwood. Check-in and check-out with Nichola and Andrew was seamless. The van itself was clean and modern. Would definitely rent from them again should the need arise.

I would recommend Yolanda and the team and Westwood motor group. I had previously rang a couple other van rental companies and I found them either very difficult to deal with, with poor customer service or extremely expensive. As this was also my first time, I was unsure about van size , weight etc which was important for the tip run. Yolanda was very professional , reassuring and very precise about everything in a good way. I also thought the price was excellent. Thank you!

Was let down by another company who were providing trucks for a competition I was running. Rang around a few local businesses and eventually spoke to westwood. They sent out the bat signal and came through in record time. Providing two top of the line ford rangers with all the liverry with a 2 day turnaround. I honestly can thank them enough, without them we were running the risk of cancelling the event. Yolanda and the team down there are a pleasure to work with, happy to stand and have a chat, a friendly bunch of people. Can't fault them. Unbelievable service. Thanks so much.

Went to Pick up our van we arived early to miss the traffic.
Cliff made us welcome made us coffee while we waited . And was very helpful.
