Cliff made the whole experience of buying our van seamless, fixing a couple of small issues with the van before delivery and keeping us updated with videos and phone calls. If we ever need a new van he'll be the first person I call!

A young lady called Bethan from the sales team helped me through the process, she was professional and courteous and a credit to the company, I also met with a few other staff who were also very pleasant.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family .

Had a crew cab van on hire for 9 months and it was comfy and suited my needs. I did have a problem with the card as the battery was dying but westwoods sorted that out the same day when I reported it. I have just got another crew cab van from them on a 3 year contract.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to hire a vehicle.

We hired a van from Westwood Motor Group. We only needed it for a few hours and they only charged us for half a day. They have a real niche with fuel that if you only do a certain amount of miles they don't charge. The van was in very good condition and very clean inside. However, the best part was the staff Nichola and Yolanda. They are a rare find in society today, actually very helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clear with the procedure and answered every question I asked. They were a real pleasure to engage with. I would most certainly hire from them again.

Really efficient service, before during and after the hire. Prices are very competitive and All the staff were friendly. Good bit of Wigan banter with Andy, Cathy and Jason on the drop off - hope the promotion to Fleet Service Administrator comes off !!

Really friendly service on pick up/drop off! Van nearly brand new (still smelled new) and spotless inside and out. Really quick at setting up and would definitely recommend. Cathy was great! Price was fab for 24hrs and would use again. Five star!

I recently went through the process of hiring a car long-term with Westwood Motor Group and the service I received was exemplary. From start to finish I dealt with Jack, who is based at the Wigan branch who was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for me. He made the process smooth and effortless and he is a true asset to Westwood. From the value for money, choice of cars to communication, I would highly recommend them. I also would to thank the delivery team who delivered the car directly to me free of charge this made it so simple as I had the car delivered to my work address saving time and hassle waiting at home. Handover was a breeze. I can’t recommend Westwood Motor Group enough.

Hi Chris, you can put a spin on your reply to suit your narrative but it doesn’t mean what you are saying is true , on the contrary. There’s so much you’ve said is wrong and untrue so obviously you’ve been told a load of rubbish . I’m always free to speak if you want to know no where you went wrong . Get my number off Kate . She called me at 8.40am yesterday morning threatening me with lawyers , legal action and being sued for telling the truth .The truth would and should put up a red flag to you but it won’t . What amazes me is that you dont actually hold your hands up for any of it , it’s always the customers fault when you are criticised. I await your call . Enjoy the rest of your day !!
