We ordered a Noble Pine…Delivery was slick… the courier carried it right up to the back door as the 7ft tree was heavy! Well protected by the thorough packaging and it looked perfect when unwrapped. Followed the instructions which came with it and it looks beautiful and smells divine. It’s drinking pints of water so it’s very healthy and glossy green. Thank you WTK. It’s a perfect start to our Christmas!

Same as everyone else.
Potted tree arrived wonky.
Came to replant after Christmas, tree died. Hardly any soil, no tap root, insufficient root ball.
Partial refund requested, to the equivalent of a cut 4-5ft tree, seems fair.
No reply to three emails & consequently over the PayPal cut-off for disputes.
£79 for a drab poorly maintained tree.
Really upset, that's a lot of money.

Our tree arrived several days late, I had ordered it early because of a family event. Unfortunately the tree was not delivered in time. the tree was then just thrown on our property and left lying on its side, despite there being labels all over it to say keep it upright. There was little to no communication to explain what was happening to our tree when it did not arrive and I had to chase the company who told me they had no communication with the delivery company over the weekend. Not what I would call good service!!

Tree was good but size was less than expected so not ideal for the village site.

The three was delivered early without prior notice, which although is better than it being late, still renders the date selection pointless. One of the biggest branches at the bottom was snapped and had to be removed.

Tree didn’t appear to be in a good condition when it arrived, lots of needle drop and eventually went brown.

Bought from them as expected a premium tree. It arrived with half the crown missing, a gash down the side and ends of branches had been sheered off haphazardly. Also put broken.
Initially they tried to claim it was damaged in transit however photos of the healed up wounds proved it had been this way for a long time (years).
They admitted it was not usable and told me to dispose of it, they didn’t want it back. At first they offered a 25% refund, later increased to 50%. For damaged unusable goods it should be 100%. However I have still not received ANY refund despite further attempts to contact them.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are not premium and don’t care about the customer or the trees.

It arrived on time, a healthy strong tree. Unfortunately it had not grown straight and I was unable to place it in any way to disguise the bend in the trunk.
I followed the instructions 100% on what to do before placing the tree outside but it died anyway.
So over all I will not be buying another one.

Great tree, lovely shape and delivered promptly

The tree was delivered on a different day from what it said it would. Also the potted tree didn't last is already dead despite repotting it within a few days into a larger pot.

My tree was beautiful and very good value.

The tree was packaged carefully and delivered on time. The tree itself was a wonderful shape and, with help from the enclosed instructions, lasted for a full month with no needle drop at all.
The tree was advertised as 'premium quality' and it certainly was. I will be purchasing our next tree from 'wetreekings'.

I was assured the tree had grown in the pot and that it would be ok to be repotted. It got brown right after Christmas, even following instructions. Costumer service is non existent, they couldn't care less once you have paid for the tree.

I was a little reticent about ordering a tree online. The tree was fantastic, best ever I would say. It’s coming down on Wednesday after 16 days and is still in perfect Knick.

We cut a couple of inches off the trunk very easily and kept the water topped up as outlined.

The worst tree I have ever seen - branches missing. No customer service to speak of - man on phone called "Nigel" waiting to hear from his "director" never calls back. Expensive pointless tree in pot. Will not be using again. Do not recommend.
