This is my second Wheaty Bag. First one lasted forever.. Buy them to put in the freezer as I have Fibromyalgia and they are amazing for the pain when cold. Defo worth every penny and speedy delivery

Its the second time I have purchased a wheaty bag for my neck and shoulders and this one is far better quality than the last one. Fits snug around the neck and heats well. Can't do without it!

Quick delivery, a really well put together product (large square for back muscle sprain). Heats up really toasty and retains its heat really well. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I find these bags marvellous for heat when I feel cold. Additionally, I have found them beneficial for placing on my arm to ease musculature pain following a recent fall. I also love the smell of Lavender, so I always choose this as an option. (Rated 5 / 5 stars)

Have bought several Wheat Bag Microwavable Heating Pads (Bottle Shape) (35cm) over the years, some as gifts. Excellent quality and speedy delivery. Prefer the removable cover so that it can be washed. Highly recommended.

I used a heat bag during physio for a trapped nerve in my neck . really helpedcouple mins in the microwave and then wrap around the affected area. I use I every day (Rated 5 / 5 stars)

Great correspondent. Quality goods. I purchased the neck shoulder square wheat bag with organic lavender buys. So comfortable and comforting. Soft warm cotton and a beautiful shade of purple. Fast delivery.

Used before without a problem, but now needing customer service, it is non existent. Bought a lower back wheat bag, size regular, advertised as ladies size up to 16. I am a 12/14 and it’s really not comfortable at all. I have requested a larger outer cover, but can’t get through on phone, and 4 days later no reply to email. If no reply, this will sadly be my last purchase. Very disappointed.

Excellent product. It helped me recover from a frozen shoulder. I have subsequently bought wheaty bags for other family members. Very good service from the company too. I also like to buy British made products.

I bought 2 of these hot water bottles to replace 2 older ones that I have had for several years, and the rubber on the seals was only just beginning to perish, being the same dimensions, make and model as the old ones means they fit the personalised covers that came with the old ones. My whole family love these. My boys go to bed wi the one most nights just as a comfort. I use them for all my aches and pains. Couldn’t be without them x

I already have one large wheat bag which is excellent quality so I ordered two more (as there was the offer of a cheaper second). When they arrived they were the 24 cm not the 34 cm. The Company got back to me straight away and advised that they were sending out the correct size and, due to postage costs, told me to keep the smaller ones. Very pleasant to deal with.

I ordered two products, a small wheaty bag and a long hot water bottle but only the small, less expensive item has been delivered. I have tried contacting the company by phone and email but to no avail, and the person in charge of customer service is out of the office until mid January, hardly ideal at this time of the year. I feel cheated as this was ordered as a Christmas present and I only wish I had seen the other poor reviews about this company before ordering from them. My advice would be not to use them under any circumstances.

Bought a shoulder/neck bag. The seams together with the distribution of the wheat, due to weight, means that the wheat does not sit on the muscles in my shoulder and therefore the heat is applied in completely the wrong places. The heat only lasts around fifteen minutes.

This is rather a late posting review. I bought a twin pack and I am delighted with them. The quality is excellent. I have an under active thyroid and get cold hands and feet, but popping the bag into the microwave quickly warms me up. And in these days of fuel economy, Irarely have to put my fire on in these cool summer days. I highly recommend the product and the company

Very disappointed with my latest purchases, not as good as the one they replaced. Insufficient contents and what there is clumps up and does not give an even spread.
I do not recommend this product anymore.
