Top quality item. Very well made & retains it's heat. Our dog loves it! I highly recommended this product for it's quality. Definitely recommend this company.

Have bought several Wheat Bag Microwavable Heating Pads (Bottle Shape) (35cm) over the years, some as gifts. Excellent quality and speedy delivery. Prefer the removable cover so that it can be washed.... See more
I find these bags marvellous for heat when I feel cold. Additionally, I have found them beneficial for placing on my arm to ease musculature pain following a recent fall. I also love the smell of Lav... See more
Quick delivery, a really well put together product (large square for back muscle sprain). Heats up really toasty and retains its heat really well. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

A WASTE OF MONEY. …
I bought a wheat tag buckwheat neck pillow. This did not hold the heat more than 15 minutes and really was unfit for purpose.
I rang the company & explained & was told that once it had been heated it could not be returned. Now, I’m not stupid but how do you know is an item works unless you try it out? Nowhere in their advertising does it mention their no returns policy.
Don’t buy from this company with zero customer service. A WASTE OF MONEY.
Wheaty Bags - be careful
I purchased a Wheaty bag direct from the company recently.
I received a bad burn on my lower back from this product, after microwaving for the recommended time.
All Microwaves vary in Power output, also as with standard ovens, Microwaves with the same rated power output vary in the actual heating energy provided in a given time.
Therefore the instructions need amending
Please be careful with these products

Great experience with WheatyBags
Great experience with WheatyBags. Received item today, its perfect and what I expected. Prior to ordering, I contacted the company on instagram about postage and they replied very quickly. Cannot fault this company! :) Thank You.
Disappointed!
I bought a shoulder and neck pain wheaty bag from this company a while ago. I have been quite disappointed with it because:
a. I don't think it has enough filling in it. It is divided into sections to prevent the wheat from moving about too much but I don't think there is enough wheat in each section to start with so the heat dissipates very quickly and the wheat moves about a lot.
b. I don't think it gets hot enough in the first place using the recommended heating time.
I base this judgement on my experience with a sausage-shaped bag which I have had for a long time now. It is packed full of wheat and remains hot for a lot longer but is not designed for the neck as such although I have used it there.
Waited 5 working days to tell me out of stock.
I had to wait a full 5 working days before they told me the material was out of stock.
I was kind of expecting the order by then.
Totally useless, blame band making every order on demand. This isn't McDonald's, it's a cloth bag with wheat in it. There should be a tonne of stack made with just normal cloth and wheat. They sell to retailers and wholesale so they've got to have stock for that!
In the end I cancelled my order with little apology from the company and no offer of a minor a refund to wait longer for the order.
Disgusting.
