Unhappy with my purchase of 2 wheat bags after following instructions they hardly get hot and do not hold the heat for very long going back to hot water bottle waste of money

Disappointed with CS received, which is non-existent so far! Left multiple emails, with photos and voicemails to follow -up complaint in reference to burnt holes received on the wheat bag and the advisor I spoke to said once he had received photos of the evidence and a replacement could be arranged, that was over 2 weeks now! Avoid !

I ordered two wheatybags to use as ice packs following surgery. They look and smell lovely but were useless in practice because they don't retain the cold enough to make any difference at all to a swollen knee. They would be pleasant put on your neck perhaps on a hot day, but very expensive just for that. I believe that returns are not accepted, so an expensive mistake.

I ordered a wheat bag with a cover printed from my own photos, as a present for my disabled son. The bag is excellent and the photos have come out really well. Wheatybags.co.uk made sure it arrived by Christmas. Both the product and service are excellent. My son will be delighted!

The wheat bags are so so. The cherry stone neck bags are more expensive yet far inferior. I bought two the other day and both have burnt at the corners with the cherry stones falling out, with only microwaving for the recommended time, not recommended. Both types of bags do not hold the heat for long.
I have bought a fleece blanket and a hot water bottle which is much better

Excellent items just the right size for my wife's requirements. Equally excellent customer service who sorted out a delivery problem.

Delivered wrong colour protector/cover.
Left numerous voicemails this week but no response so will have to email customer service if they exist. Not good first impression of business!

I ordered a wheatybag for 24 hour tracked delivery. I was not supplied with any tracking details despite requests to company. When it arrived it is awful. There is hardly any wheat in it, it is about a quarter full with masses of empty space in the bag. Dreadful quality and poor fabric. I decided to order a lovely hot water bottle in a velvet cover instead from elsewhere and it is so perfect for my sciatica and a third of the price. Do NOT use this company, products are rubbish.

As with the previous review, I ordered a wheat bag on 10th December and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have left numerous emails and voice messages, the phone has never once been answered! I am starting to think it's a scam company. I had a fall and hurt my back and really needed the bag as a friend recommended them but she ordered hers from Amazon and received it in a couple of days!!
I have just phoned them again and left a message but I doubt I'll hear back from them! Really bad customer service, will never use them again.

MY WIFE PLACED AN ORDER ON 24TH NOVEMBER, HAD A RECEIPT FROM CLEAR PROSPECTS LTD BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS. REPEATED EMAILS NOT ANSWERED AND ALL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT BY PHONE GO TO ANSWERPHONE. NO REPLIES, NO GOODS RECEIVED. TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE - IT TOOK 17 MINS FOR SOMEONE FROM WHEATYBAGS TO REPLY TO THIS POST. I HAVE PROVIDED ALL THE REQUESTED INFORMATION ON THE ORDER. WHY DOES IT TAKE A BAD REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT TO GET ANY SORT OF REPLY FROM THIS COMPANY?

I've used these wheat bags for over two years. I find them very useful has I can't use hot water bottles. They stay warmer for a lot longer than hot water bottles. They also distribute the heat especially if placed on your shoulder, hip, knee. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and Spondylitis. I recommend these wheat bags

I would recommend this product- my wheat bag is well made using good material. The order process was easy and delivery time was excellent.

Very prompt service and quick delivery, plainly on the ball. I chose to go for the belt fastening back wheats bag, it is helping me enormously to ease my back. I do get recurring lower back issues and use the pack without the outer cover using it keep my lower back warm at night, brillisnt

I have an ongoing neck problem and needed a couple of wheatybags for heat and ice treatment. Very quick service. well packed with full instructions.

Did wonder if would be any good but it really was good and did help. no problem at all.would definitely recommend it to anyone service was brilliant..

I have EDS and have been trying to find a pillow of some kind to help me when my neck and head are sore and aching. I saw a review of wheat bags by a physiotherapist and i looked online to see what was available. I have had the pillow for a while now and am pleased with it. Sometimes i use it on top of a regular pillow and other times i used it under a pillow. It is very easy to mould to my nightly needs. The pillow is a bit noisy as the seeds move about but i got used to it very quickly. I would definitely recommend this product. The postage is very high - due to the weight - and i would suggest that this is made clearer on the website.

I recently ordered a wrap around wheat bag for one of my clients suffering with severe lower back pain. The order arrived in good time and they are delighted with it, has It has greatly reduced their recovery time.
