I have the shaped neck and shoulder wheat bag. I couldn't be without it.

I purchased a wheaty bag for my elderly dog. The bag was delivered a couple of days from ordering. The quality is excellent and the bag has helped to relieve the pain from arthritis in my dog's leg.

Fab product. Have bought many of these for myself and as gifts. Always received within time frame given.

Excellent service and product. After an initial ‘glitch’ I.e a small hole, the company replaced swiftly . Wheatybag is doing wonders for my sore back. Highly recommended.

I find the neck bags useful when I occasionally get a stiff neck, so bought the lower back bag.
My back is usually stiff when I get up in the morning, but this bag straps round the waist and I can get on with making breakfast while wearing it.
It's bulky so a little more awkward to place in the microwave, but worth it for the relief it gives.

I bought the cute fluffy sloughs that can be warmed and cuddled as a present. They look well made and I am sure they will be enjoyed simply for their cuteness!

I ordered a wheatybag to relieve pain in my arthritic shoulder. The warmth was very comforting and the fact that the bag was long enabled me to drape it over my shoulder and continue working at the same time.

Ordered a Wheatybags Lower Back pain wearable heating pad for my elderly mother. After the care workers microwaved the pad, it only stayed warm for 20 minutes. Considering it cost over £30, its performance is very disappointing. You'd be better off with a hot water bottle.

Waited 3 weeks with no tracking/dispatched details, had to contact customer service which they replied with a very unapologetic message. Very disappointing and poor customer service. I believe the item was never sent and had no plans to be. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible! Ordered my children’s teachers Christmas presents almost 2 weeks ago & am STILL waiting on them!! Obviously school has finished now. Still waiting on an email to confirm what’s happening!

Disappointed with the customer service from this company. I placed the order online for 3 items which arrived 8 days later. 2 items arrived even though the invoice had the 3 items listed. I emailed customer services and received a response the next day stating that the 3rd item was out of stock and there would not be a delivery prior to Christmas so they would refund the item. I questioned when I was going to be informed about this and got a response saying that someone emailed me days before and to check my junk folder (I check the junk folder daily and had received no such email). The agent was useless and not bothered in the slightest that it was for a Christmas gift. When I questioned why the refund was not processed until I contacted them he stopped responding to my emails. I would definitely reconsider if you were thinking of shopping with this company. Upon checking the website the item was still available to order so my partner placed an order for it which was processed, a little later he got an email stating they would refund the money due to having no stock. The website is not updated and customer service is terrible. Upon receiving the first refund I was not compensated in any way for the delivery cost even though the package was smaller/lighter than intended due to an item being missing. I have since ordered the item from elsewhere for a better price and free next day delivery.

Four weeks after purchasing my Wheatybag has still not turned up. After contacting Wheatybag customer service they assured me they had despatched my product but it was second class post so could be a while. Problem was I had paid for first class post but they could not even get that right. Best part of the experience was the refund.
