Excellent service. Easy to navigate site and bought an offer of buy 2 boxes and get a 3rd free- amazing!!! Very quick delivery . Only wish the box was a centimetre shorter so I didn’t have to move my fridge shelf!! Apart from that highly recommended!

As always, more delicious wine from When in Rome. But be warned those boxes don’t last long once opened, mine seem to have a habit of evaporating rather quickly.
Highly recommended wine from this purpose driven little gem of a company.

My parcel wasn't delivered.
My parcel wasn't delivered despite DPD Couriers emailing me with delivery dates/times for each of 5 consecutive days. DPD then delivered my parcel to a pick-up point miles away from my home (they told me I arranged this when I did not) and I am no longer able to drive.I queried this matter with When in Rome and DPD, no assistance offered and DPD were very rude. Attempted to contact When in Rome again and received an 'out of office' reply. I intend to lodge a customer complaint with When in Rome and I won't purchase from them again.
UPDATE:
When in Rome have taken immediate corrective action and issued a refund and an apology.
This is good customer service and therefore I have amended my rating to 4 stars.

The wine is gorgeous
The wine is gorgeous and I love that it’s in a plastic bottle. I was under the impression (and I can’t find it written down) that this was a letterbox wine and was disappointed that it didn’t arrive that way. As I say, under the impression so please do not take it as a complaint, just an opinion from my perception.
