If I could give them no stars I would. Appalling service and attitude from staff. Ordered 6 chairs, faulty, sent another 6, faulty, sent another 6, all different colours, sent another 6, damaged after delivery driver threw them over a 6ft fence into my garden. You need to have the patience of a Saint to shop with them, hence their name.

Good communication regarding delivery schedules. Great product, timely delivery

I ordered bar stools from Where Saints Go with a promised delivery of February. They eventually arrived in April — months late — and with very little communication during the delay. If I’d known how long it would take, I may have looked elsewhere.
When they arrived, the stools weren’t the right size, so I arranged a return. I took a full day of annual leave to be home for the scheduled collection, but no one came. I called at 4 PM and was told the job was booked and might still happen — it didn’t.
The team were polite and apologised on the phone, but the solution offered was frustrating: I could either take another full day off for a second collection attempt, or arrange the return myself. No compensation or alternative was offered for the time I’d already lost.
After a late delivery and a failed pickup, I expected a more proactive and customer-focused resolution. Unfortunately, the experience has been a real let down from start to finish.

Great product at reasonable value for the quality. Delivery was a long lead time and did extend further than expected but communications were forth coming

The kitchen stools were ordered late Dec with an estimated delivery date of Feb. I had to chase twice to find out why they hadn’t turned up. The first time I was told they were scheduled for early March, second chase was told late March. Finally had an email explain a supply issue. They have now turned up and the produce is excellent. My disappointment was purely communication particularly as payment in full was made in December.

I've made two purchases from Where Saints Go and both products are well made, unique and gorgeous. When I had a problem with a chair, customer service responded within hours and fixed it same day.

Thrilled with our new leather chair, good quality, looks fabulous. We had regular updates regarding delivery, pleased with WSG communication.

Ordered on line and admit I was nervous at what I had ordered . but need not have worried the chairs were a brilliant choice and they were dispatched as soon as possible. Really good. would recommend!

Great product, but lost two stars due to being 6 weeks over due on delivery, with zero communication.

It took over two months to arrive despite assurances to the contrary when the purchase was made

I couldn't recommend them more highly. We absolutely love our chairs and the customer service team went out of their way to be helpful.

The chairs I ordered came well packaged and via a courier you could track so you knew what time they were arriving.
The chairs themselves are absolutely stunning the perfect addition to my dining table. Next time I need any new furniture this will be the first place I look
