I would recommend Belong my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Very professional and efficient but also very approachable keeping me informed at all times.

From the initial meeting with James White of Belong Estate Agents we were impressed with what their service would offer. From giving them the sale instructions the process was 1st class, communication was as promised and both Katie and James were enthusiastic at all times.

After spending some time marketing through what many would consider to be the leading estate agent in the area we decided to walk away after a serious disagreement with the head of the business on the best way to get results. In short I was disappointed in their rudimentary sales skills. What do we pay estate agents for? What a difference James made at Belong. He grasped the fundamentals, showed real creativity in marketing the property and very quickly generated interest. But it’s not just sales and marketing, crucial that they are. James managed the whole process with great skill, serving both the seller and the buyer through the exchange process with a difficult chain right the way to completion. Even after completion there was a hiccup with keys and a damaged lock that he personally engaged a local locksmith to resolve prior to the buyers arriving at the property. A thoroughly professional performance from beginning to end and he and his business Belong are to be recommended. Thanks James.

Belong has sold two houses for us, with two offers on the first day of viewings. James and Katie provided a very professional service and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely use Belong again.

I purchased a property which was marketed by Belong, By James White, which completed last month. James & Katie were very helpful throughout and very quick to respond, even acknowledging the receipt of documents at 7am on a Sunday morning! As with most property purchases, there were issues regarding the legal process and they helped me overcome any issues we had, to ensure the (very tight) deadline we had was met.

Overall, I believe Belong, By James White is a far superior estate agent compared to many others locally. Very professional and helpful to both the sellers and purchasers of property, ensuring that the transaction runs as smoothly as possible.

Although I did not need to sell my property, I will definately use this estate agents in the future, and have already recommended them to various contacts!

From the first meeting it was refreshing to deal with an agency that has a straight forward, honest approach. Throughout the sale the team worked hard to manage expectations, communicate clearly and deal with issues swiftly and transparently. As a customer we felt listened to and queries and concerns were responded to and resolved professionally and with minimum fuss or stress. During what was not the easiest sale, James, Katie and Gina worked hard to ensure that we were informed and advised appropriately. All the team liased with solicitors, other agents and buyers to make sure the sale and purchase was as seamless as possible. Thank you!

Good professional estate agent and excellent service from sales staff. They handled the sale with a personal touch.

I would recommend belong ... i switched to belong from another agent and instantly got more viewings on my property that was advertised to let. Within a short space of time a tenant moved in. I particularly liked the video and quality of photos of the house, the standard of service and the attention to detail.
