After months of searching for somewhere to rent and receiving the worst customer experience of my life from some other major estate agents in the area, we spotted a property by Belong and asked for a viewing. All I can say is, from then on we only looked at properties directly from Belong’s website. The entire team were amazing, so friendly and efficient, and we were completely blown away by the experience. A lovely, personal, local estate agents who are clearly fantastic at what they do.

As a purchaser from outside the area, I hadn't heard of Believe Estate Agents before.
From the young man, James, who organised the viewing, to Katy, whom I only ever spoken to on the telephone, we have been very impressed. Not only with their professionalism, but their informative and friendly manner. No problem or worry was too small for Katy to deal with. I only wish that we had been able to use them in the sale of our previous property too. Thank you for making our purchase far less stressful than it could have been.

An excellent service from the valuation through to completion especially so with the current situation. Communucation was great via emails and phone calls. There was always someone to take my call when I rang and if the person I wanted wasn't there they always got back to me. The staff were friendly and professional at all times. I would highly recommend.

Belong have been absolutely fantastic throughout our sale and purchase. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always swift to respond to any questions we had. Superb service from start to finish. James’ experience and superb knowledge of the area meant he set our expectations from the start which proved to be absolutely spot on. The 3D tour of our property on the website meant our property sold within 24 hours with negotiations concluded on a Sunday. From that point on Katie took ownership all ours and our buyers queries keeping in contact with us and chasing Solicitors. Could not fault the process which is usually considered stressful, Belong made it feel streamlined and efficient.

Lovely Team, James saw the process through and was always prompt with replying to questions and getting answers from the vendor.

Extremely rare to find a estate agents who are solely focused on their clients. James white of belong and his staff are a credit to their profession. Other estate agents need to take a leaf out of their book as to how to run a business ,but crucially , keep in touch with your clients and updated every step of the way.
