James and his team have been brilliant every step of the way; from the first time that he showed us the house that we were to purchase, as he prepared our sale brochure, his local knowledge of who he thought would want to view our property, right up to the time that he carefully placed our new key on my car bonnet as we maintained our social distance (in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis), James has been excellent. Katie kept us up to date either by email or telephone. She liaised with solicitors, vendors and purchasers and nothing was too much trouble. She was always friendly and positive whilst maintaining a professional manner. In fact, she was our ‘go to’ aid whenever we had a query - and if she didn’t know the answer, she found out and got back straight away - communication was exceptional. The sale of the property became a long and drawn out affair at no fault of Belong. After initially selling reasonably quickly and being let down six week after agreement Belong stuck to the task and eventually found a buyer which both them and me were very frustrated in the time taken to complete the sale.
