Delicious Pecorino hard Sheepmilk cheese. Delicious flavour , good waxy texture & excellent size wheel of cheese . Perfect strength at 6 months old . The Rustler Sheepmilk wheel also delightful, but of course a lighter taste as only 2 months maturity. Both great quality & lovely presentation on cheeseboard. Delivery & packaging all excellent.

Swift response to queries. Cheeses delivered overnight, well packed with cool packs. Request for additional leaflets fulfilled again overnight. Very responsive team. Oh, and their cheeses are fantastic too!
