I placed an order specifically for a product I’ve had trouble finding elsewhere. To justify the shipping, I added several other products to bulk out the order. When the delivery arrived, the primary product I wanted was missing, despite being listed as in stock at the time of purchase (and delivery). I contacted customer service and was told they would make it right by sending the product within the week. It has now been over two weeks. I have received no delivery and no follow-up email. Mistakes happen, but failing to follow through on a promised resolution is poor business practice and I will not be shopping here again.

Communication from the staff is a bit patchy, they apologised for the delay but then didn't respond again and order took weeks to arrive.

Great products and very prompt delivery. Will be ordering regularly from WholeFoodsBox.

I ordered the vegan Yorkshire pudding and was not disappointed. I haven’t had a Yorkshire pudding for over 30 years (since going vegan) and can’t say I noticed the difference. Thoroughly enjoyed by me and my non-vegan husband. Will definitely be buying again. Plus the ease of ordering and delivery was easy and efficient.

I love the SoulKitchen soups,a great way to get some veggies down you ,and delivery is excellent.

Fantastic service. Nice website, easy to order. Clear communication from taking my order to the time it would be delivered, which was exactly when the courier advised it would be. I had all frozen goods, which were very well packaged and arrived still frozen. I am very happy with my purchases and the service I received, I shall be a returning customer 😊

I received a wonderful selection of delicious vegan cheese and deli items as well as some fantastic frozen finds (toad in the hole and ready to heat and eat pancakes!). Excellent packaging as everything arrived perfectly frozen or chilled. Lovely. Will be using WholeFoods again.

I just love my frozen organic Brussel Sprouts and organic blackcurrants! They are both hard to get anywhere else! Delivery was great and the price was very reasonable..I will definitely be re ordering! Hoping for even more organic options! 👏👏👌👌😁👍

The item were delivered on time very early in the morning which meant I didernt have to wait in. The product was frozen and I was a little worried it might defrost but all was fine still frozen. I would use again eventhough I paid a lot in delivery due to it needing to be kept frozen.

So happy whole foods is in the UK. Having lived in LA for 25 years the thing I missed most when I moved to UK was this store. It’s heaven.

Prompt delivery and items in perfect condition and exactly as described will definitely order again

I'm placing my third order and so far very impressed. I found this company as I wanted a specific organic soya yoghurts/milk range and discovered so much more! As well as the organic French soya yoghurts/milks I love their range of organic frozen berries, organic frozen vegetables, organic cereal and pasta from my favourite organic brand, and lots of organic quinoa, oats and grains. Packing is superb - frozen and chilled still completely frozen/chilled and all packed meticulously. Customer service is to be applauded - I had a slight delay with my second order but Customer Service was exceptional (as well as responding by email a lady even rang me to explain). It arrived one day later. I love the range of organic, vegan and healthy products without feeling overwhelmed. Just one negative as a vegan - whilst I appreciate the woolpack frozen packaging I wish they didn't use sheep wool for vegans.

Excellent company, I was struggling to buy Soljade yoghurts and have them delivered. Not a problem with this company. Prompt delivery, nicely packaged. Regular update throughout the process. Will definitely be ordering again.

I now use WholefoodsBox regularly. I am on a low sodium diet and shops only have mid to high salt content products. WholefoodsBox has loads of low sodium products that taste fabulous and are healthy. The staff are helpful with any questions and quick to answer. Product is packed well and arrives quickly. Also free delivery if your order is over £60 pounds. I will be using them a lot.
