Your customer service is great! I called in to ask someone to help me pick a color in a different wig that was closest to a wig color that I’m used to wearing. She was great to work with. She helped me do it in two different brand names. I always buy from Pattis Pearls. Their prices are great especially when using the 30% off coupons. They have the largest variety to choose from.

I have ordered 3 wigs from Patti's Pearls. My work hours do not enable me to communicate on the phone very often. They have been very easy to communicate with through email. That is very important to me.

I purchased a wig from Pattis Pearls,when I finally received it and unpackaged the wig I noticed the color wasn't right and the fit was not great either.
.I have watched several shows on QVC with Toni Brattin demonstrating the beautiful adorable wig and mine looked nothing like it.I packaged up the wig and sent it back the next day.Pattis Pearls received it, it has now been 8 days, they said they would email me and with my emails not being answered I finally decided to call them.I was going to do an exchange, but it has been one hassle after another, then decided they should give me a refund instead, she says that will be a $25 restocking fee.In their exchange rules they have 1st exchange free and refund free, then further down they say $25 restocking fee for refunding back to your card????? This Company does not have a good rating with Sitejabber,a lot of women are dissatisfied.Will not be going back to this store, they lost out on a sale.

Always fast, efficient service from them. Customer service is quick to respond as well.

Although I have never met Patti in person, I love her honest, non-judgmental manner and bubbly personality. I have purchased many wigs from the website and always receive the best customer service !!

I have been a customer of Patti's Pearls for several years. Recently, I have noticed a downward trend of their customer service. Recently, I have received wigs that were obviously returned, and are in poor condition when I receive them. Had a wig, that not even worn for 1 week, fell apart. They did nothing to work with me! When I call, I am placed on perpetual hold. Then the long winded emails. Website needs an overhaul - contradicting return policies listed. And if you need to do a return - good luck! Their competitors offer FREE returns (shipping) and do not charge a processing fee. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Easy to use website, great communication about any backorders or delays, prompt delivery, great return policy for any problems. Easy to reorder favorite products.

I am new to wigs and the first wig I ordered was on backorder and not expected for a few months. I reached out to their customer service to see if they could find a similar wig for me that was in stock and cancel my original order. They kindly made it happen. Their customer service has been incredible!! I highly recommend Wigs by Patti's Pearls!

Had my first and last experience with this company. Have been following a social media influencer and finally decided to purchase one. Received and immediately when opening the box, knew it was the wrong color. Proceeded to at least turn the wig right-side out, only to confirm that is was not going to work. Never even placed on my head and the company is refusing to return it saying the elastic is stretched/buckled. Never even left my hand and after watching an influencer unbox many, I knew how carefully they needed to be handled. Don't ever purchase from this company, as they are dishonest and will not refund you.

I have just received more hopeful communication, both in the response attached to this review, and via telephone. I am encouraged and am hopeful that this will be appropriately handled by this business.
